Compare the salaries of the team

Compare the salary of your directly- and indirectly-led people, viewing the relation between the worker's salary and the expected salary for the range the worker is in, at: Management Dashboard > Day-to-day Management > Compare team salaries.

The graph shows the comparison of the effective salary of the worker, with the expected salary level in the worker's records and the expected salary range for the job/position.

Concept of salary comparison ranges

• The current salary, displayed in the chart, may be the result of the base salary + the value of the premium, in case the worker receive any salary premiums due to insalubrity, hazard or function premium and the Display legal premiums in the base salary information parameter is enabled. O salário atual, apresentado no gráfico, poderá ser o resultado do salário base + o valor do adicional, caso o colaborador receba algum adicional salarial por insalubridade, periculosidade ou adicional de função e o parâmetro Apresentar os adicionais salariais nas informações do salário base esteja habilitado.
  
• Salary of the expected level in the records: obtained from the salary structure, class and level corresponding to the current salary record of the worker on the reference date;
  
• Faixa salarial do cargo/posto de trabalho: é representada pela combinação da estrutura, classe e nível salarial inicial e final, vigente no cadastro das informações salariais do cargo ou do posto ocupado pelo colaborador;
• Nível salarial de mercado: é obtido a partir do valor informado em nível, da estrutura salarial. A estrutura utilizada é a definida no histórico salarial do Colaborador.
