The knowledge to be evaluated for each worker will be searched according to the definition in the Considers Knowledge Requirements field, in Others > Indications.

Finish and Reopen Buttons

With them, it is possible to conclude an evaluation or reopen one already concluded. These are enabled:

Detailed Button

If an item to be evaluated is displayed in red, just select it and click the Detailed button, where it will be possible to register the detailed evaluation grades of it.

IDP Button

With this button, you can generate the individual reserves of courses of the PDI. This button is in the Evaluation and Grades grid, as reported in the definitions of evaluations in Trainings: Development > Performance and Competency Evaluation > Definitions > General, Focus of Evaluations tab, IDP Format and IDP Origin fields; and Jobs and Salaries: Skills > Performance and Competency Evaluation > Definitions > General, Focus of Evaluations tab, IDP Format and IDP Origin fields.
According to the IDP Format defined, the IDP button will open the Complete Individual Development Plan window or the IDP only for Training Reservation window.

Notes
  • In the Positions and Wages module, this button is only available if it is integrated with the Training module;
  • In the situation that the IDP format is Complete, to open the IDP in the Web version of the Trainings module, through the evaluation in the Web version of the Jobs and Salaries module, the CGI domain must be the same for both modules, because it is necessary to validate the user who has performed the action.

Comparative Button

Calls the model defined on the General Definitions window, General tab, in the Knowledge Model field. The CSAV018.HAB model is available in the system, which is indicated to be defined in this button.

Exclusion of skills from the Grade grid

Evaluation Focus

Evaluation Focus of the evaluated worker.

Cycle

Identifies and allows to report which evaluation cycle in evidence.
When reporting the cycle in which its date does not cover the evaluation period date, the system will present a message locking the registration process continuation. That is, only the codes referring to cycles in which the evaluation period is in the cycle interval can be reported.

Notes
  • The field Cycle Code will only be displayed if the Identifies Cycle of the General Settings Settings screen is different from "3-No".
  • Even if using Cycle in evaluations, it will be possible leaving this field blank and evaluate the competency and performance evaluations. The result will always be per competency, then, if desiring to have the result of cycle evaluations and evaluations out of the cycle, the result must be evaluated in different competencies, even if for distinct jobs. When evaluating the evaluations without reporting the cycle, the system will consider only the evaluations that do not have the reported code of cycle.
  • In the Trainings module, this field will be available only if the Jobs and Salaries module is integrated on the database.

The information referring to the worker who will be the evaluator must be inserted in the Evaluator Company and Type of Evaluator Worker fields, as well as the code of the evaluator worker, in the Evaluator field.

Deadline

The deadline to carry out the evaluation must be reported in this field.

Extension Date

Extension date to carry out the evaluation.

Note

The system considers as final date to carry out evaluation, the date reported in the Extension Date field (which must be posterior to the date from the Limit Date field). If it is not filled out, the system will consider what is reported in the Deadline field. If both fields are blank, the evaluation will not have final date, and can be carried out at any time.

Evaluated Org. Unit

Indicates that the evaluation has been generated for the org. unit in evidence in the field.

The system allows that this field be changed by the Coordinator or when the evaluations do not have restrictions (indication of the Evaluation General Definitions window), this change will not allowed only when the evaluations ate completed or when any grade has already been reported in the evaluation items.

Evaluated Job

Indicates that the evaluation has been generated for the job in evidence in the field.

The system allows that this field be changed by the Coordinator or when the evaluations do not have restrictions (indication of the Evaluation General Definitions window), this change will not allowed only when the evaluations ate completed or when any grade has already been reported in the evaluation items.

Note

When the values of the Job an Org. Unit fields are changed, the evaluation items are regenerated according to the new job and org. unit defined (if, among these items, any of them have detailed evaluation, it will be deleted).

Development Plan

Register a Development Plan for the evaluated.

Only the evaluator user can perform changes in this grid, when using Evaluation Restriction different from N-No.

Grade assigned to the evaluated worker for a certain knowledge.

The fields Ult. Note, Goaland Últ. Goal are attributed by the evaluator, referring to a certain knowledge of the collaborator evaluated. These fields can be configured, through the Definitions window (FR077DGE), to be presented or not.

Average

Presents (on the right inferior corner of the grid) the arithmetic average of skills.
This field is presented only when reporting Y - Yes in the Present Average field from the Definitions window (FR077DGE).

Demand

Determine if the level of demand on the knowledge for activities that the worker performs is D - Desirable or N - Necessary.
This field is merely informative, and do not interfere in automatic processes of the system.
