ESocial Issues
It allows consulting the files pending for sending to the eSocial, enabling the conference of information before the sending processing. Through it, it is also possible to carry out the manual sending of the pending issues and to consult the situation of the pending issues.
Notes
- It is possible to send only the pending records that have the following situations: "4- Awaiting manual sending", "2-Error Electronic Document Communication Error", or "Error generating XML".
- For systems in the English and Spanish languages the fields Summary description and Summary Description will only present queries in the Portuguese language, this in all situations arising from an eSocial layout processing of the following screens: Non-Periodicals (FRGERNPE), Shipping Monthly Statement ( FRENVFOL) and Generate Tables ( FRGERTAB).
- If the .XML file is sent manually on the federal government website, in situations where the sending does not occur through the SDE, it must be reported in the field Receipt Number, located on the grid, the receipt number generated by the government.
This screen respects the user coverage defined in the system.
Spans will be applied to the summary (breakdown) of the pending and XML saving feature. All collaborators will be listed, but coverage will prevent users without due permission from viewing the detailed information.
This applies to the pending tables and the non-periodical. The application of newspapers will be released on a later version of the system.

When you right-click on any record in the grid, the option "Save as XML file" appears. When you select it, the system writes the XML file to the specified directory. This is an additional feature that is only used to facilitate the recording of the file to disk for eventual conference and diagnostic purposes, and should not be confused with the official issues that the Engine consumes and sends to eDocs.
With the right button you can also select the "Mark All" option. It marks all of the grid layouts, except those that have returned error.
This column displays icons that help identify the status of the respective grid item:

It informs the Lute of the respective pending.
Informs you the Receipt Number, if any, of the pending issue. If in the filter for the query, the field Informed Receipt is set to "No", the system will display results that do not have the reported receipt.
Some layouts also have government return files. When you right click on one of these layouts, you can see these returns through the option "View return (s)". Learn more about return layouts in Senior eSocial Handbook.
Entering a receipt number will generate a log with the user responsible for the change, as well as the pending status before this action.
The selected situations in the filter will be demonstrated.
In this field will be the link View message, which when accessed will show a screen with the details of the criticism. This detail is a return of the Government and aims to explain the reason for the pending.
When you double click on the information in the summary column, the Detail of the pending screen is opened, located below the grid, where all information related to eSocial is displayed.
Note
When you double click to see the drilldown, the system creates files in the user's temporary directory of the operating system (by default:% temp% \ query-aux).
Therefore, to see the detail of the pending, it is necessary that the user has recording permission directory.
These temporary files are held while the pending query screen is open. When you close it, these files are deleted.
When displaying the values fields, where more than two decimal places can be sent, the screen will round to two boxes, however the XML file will be sent correctly.
CPF / CNPJ Employer and CPF Collaborator
