Needs Evaluation

Through this consultation, it is possible to view all workers in the company, with their respective skills required for their job or exception.

The skills required by the job are demonstrated in the Required Technical Skills grid. The skills in red are skills that are as requirement for the worker job, however, it still does not have the due certification. The skills in black are the certified skills, for which the minimum percentage for certification has already been reached.

Check the record of certified skills in:
Jobs and Salaries module: Skills > Records > Technical Skills > individual.
Trainings module: Development > Skills > Technical > Record.

Period

Report the desired period for consulting the survey of technical skills.

Workers Option

It is also possible that the user defines a filter to list the workers according to the options:

All: will list all workers;

Has No Requirements: will list all workers that do not have requirements;

Has Requirements: will list all workers that have requirements.

Requirements Option

Another filter may be defined for the requirements, where the option:

All: will list all requirements of the worker’s job;

Does Not Have: will list all requirements of the worker’s job that it still does not have (Skills highlighted in red);

Has: will list all requirements of the worker’s job that it already has (Skills highlighted in black).

Ordering Option

The items of the Workers grid may be ordered by ID number or Name.

Criteria Button

Through the Criteria button, it is possible to indicate that the viewing criteria will be used in the results of the consultation carried out.

Workers Grid

In the superior grid, the workers covered by the consultation will be showed, with the company, org. unit and job they are in the period indicated on the window.

Simulation

Allows to run simulations to check which requirements a particular worker meets in an Org. Unit/Job. For this, just report, in the Org. Unit/Job fields, the respective Org. Unit/Job where the requirements must be searched. The requirements will be the ones from the Jobs Information, as well as, the exceptions window (in the Recruitment and Selection module: Jobs > Jobs > Requirements per Org. Unit/Job and in the Trainings module: Tables > Jobs > Requirements per Org. Unit/Job), being that the Exceptions is the first place where the search must occurs.

Required Technical Skills Grid

The required Technical Skills of the worker selected in the superior grid will be presented in this grid. Besides the code and description of the skill, it is also possible to view if it has been certified or not, and during which period this certification is valid.
