Analytics Round: Ordinance Management
The monitoring indicators in Ordinance Management are easily viewed in a panel format, allowing a complete view of the management data.
Through filters, it is possible to perform various control actions, such as configuring the visualization, exporting in PDF or PNG formats and viewing the DataSet data.
How to access and use
Access to the Gate Management information panel must be done by senior X Platform > Access and Security Management | Ronda X > Analytics Ronda > Ordinance Management.
The availability of information refers to each registration made in Ordinance Management, such as the number of visits and provisional credentials.
In the upper right corner of the screen, you can use some buttons to update and expand:
Automatic Update
The button allows the manager to configure the automatic update of the Analytics Ronda panel. It is possible to configure with the options:Do not update, Update every 1m, Update every 5m, Update every 10m, Update every 15m, Update every 30m It isUpdate every 1h.
Button
Allows manual updating of the panel and informs the date and time of the last update.
Button
Enables screen expansion, ensuring a complete viewing mode. To exit full screen mode, press theEsc.
Data visualization
The Analytics panel is made up of several sections of information, which provide numbers and graphs with indicators.
Button
Each data section has, in the upper right corner, a button with a column icon with three lines. When you click it, the following buttons are shown (the availability of some of the buttons varies with each data section):
- Filters: allows you to configure the filters in that section when opening a screen with Sorting and Filters options;
- To update: performs the update only for that specific section;
- Export PDF: when selected, the section data is automatically exported to .pdf format, allowing the recording of that specific record under the manager's control;
- Export PNG: allows exporting data from the selected section to a .png image file. The generated file is automatically saved on the device connected to the Ronda senior X;
- Full screen: makes the graph occupy the entire size of the screen, for better viewing;
- View Data: the button expands the section's DataSet data. On the screen, it will also be possible to export the data in .csv format using the buttonExport CSV.
Information from Ordinance Management Analytics
Check-in without appointments
Shows the number of visits without prior scheduling in the defined period. Considers the time zone of the physical location of each active entrance. For appointments without a concierge, consider the time zone zero.
Provisional credentials for the current day
Shows the amount ofprovisional credentials which have an end date for the current day.
Provisional credentials in the month
Shows the number of provisional credentials delivered during the last month.
Opened
Shows the number of provisional credentials valid during the current period.
Visits/type
Shows the amount ofscheduled visits and unscheduled during the last month.
Planned visits
Shows the number of visits that are expected to occur over the next seven days.
Daily visits
Shows the number of visits, check-ins, entries and check-outs for the current day. Considers the time zone of the physical location of each active entrance. For appointments without a concierge, consider the time zone zero.
Visits by concierge
Shows the number of visits perconcierge within the defined period. Considers the time zone of the physical location of each active entrance. For appointments without a concierge, consider the time zone zero.
Visitor ranking
Shows the number of visits from the ten people who visited the company the most during the defined period. Considers the time zone of the physical location of each active entrance. For appointments without a concierge, consider the time zone zero.
Ranking of visitors
Shows the number of visits from the ten people who received the most visits during the defined period. Considers the time zone of the physical location of each active entrance. For appointments without a concierge, consider the time zone zero.
Provisional credentials by ordinance
Shows the number of provisional credentials per ordinance, during the defined period. Considers the time zone of the physical location of each active entrance. For appointments without a concierge, consider the time zone zero.
People who got the most provisional credentials
Shows the number of provisional credentials of the ten people who received the most during the last 30 days.
Provisional credentials by origin
Shows the number of provisional credentials delivered at reception and at self-service terminals, during the defined period.
