Career Cards - Team Analytics
Note
- All Analytics cards will be available as peruser permission settings and the card settings in Panels. The information presented considers the application of the filter, multiple contracts (except in the Compensation Management module) and, if applicable, scope.
- For the Remuneration Management module, it is mandatory to registersalary policy for the company and branch of the manager querying the analytics.
These cards are accessed at: Analytics > Team Analytics > Career tab.
Succession
Loss risk of the team
Allows you to check the number of key-positions with risk of loss in the team. By clicking on the View details button, you can access the details of the Team Succession Plan screen and Add/Edit a key-position by selecting the loss risk: low, medium or high.
Readiness level of the succession candidates
It presents the summary of the readiness level of the candidates for the succession of the key positions of the subordinates, defined in the Add candidate for the succession screen.
- by the Administrator and HR department at Performance Management > Registers > Import data.
Summary of key-positions
Allows you to consult the number of led people who are considered key-positions and don't have any succession candidates registered. By clicking on the View details button, you can access the details of the Team Succession Plan screen and define successors for the jobs with the Add buttons.
Career
Career plan of the team
Allows you to consult the number of led people with and without a defined career plan. When clicking the buttonsee details you can access details from the team's Career Path screen and suggest a role.
This is done in the following way:
- Tab No desired role > ButtonDetail > Employee career plan > Buttoncareer map > Option (star icon) Suggest Position
