Team Analytics - HCM senior X
Note
- All Analytics cards will be available as peruser permission settings and the card settings in Panels. The information presented considers the application of the filter, multiple contracts (except in the Compensation Management module) and, if applicable, scope.
- For the Remuneration Management module, it is mandatory to registersalary policy for the company and branch of the manager querying the analytics.
The team's Analytics facilitates the visualization of data from subordinates, with the objective of providing inputs for a more agile decision-making and presenting the indicators by department through interactive graphs.
It also enables access to other sites throughconfigured hyperlinks by the company and presented in the guideSummary. Cards that are marked as favorites will also be available for quick access.
The team's Analytics information is presented based on the manager's hierarchy, allowing to follow the indicators of direct and indirect subordinates.
All cards in this view consider leader information that:
- are below the manager in the hierarchy at the time the chart is opened;
- are active (not fired) at the time of chart opening.
If any filter is applied, it will consider the employee's current characteristics (title, job, etc.).
The subjects are divided into the following tabs:
Screen functionalities
If the user has more than one employment contract, the information for all details screens accessed by the Analytics is displayed according to the selected contract. Upon changing the contracts, the system returns to the main menu to reload the information and permissions.
The menus are related to the user and, in case of different roles, he/she will view the whole menu, but only have access to the screens on which the selected employment contract has the role that the screen covers, for example:
- The user has the Manager, HR and Worker roles;
- Selects an employment contract in which the role is Manager;
- Views the whole menu corresponding to his/her three roles: Manager, HR and Worker;
- Clicks on a screen corresponding to the HR role, for example: Remuneration Analytics;
- The system directs to the Team Analytics screen with the information regarding the remuneration, as the selected employment contract only has permissions for screens with the Manager role.
The registration of other contracts originates from the Admission form window (FR034FUN).
Behavior of the multiple contracts for the modules:
Remuneration Management
- When the person has a contract for the HR functions and another one only for workers:
- Upon accessing a screen with HR functionalities, it will display all data, regardless of the contract that is selected.
- When the person has a contract for the HR functions and another active contract where he/she is a team Manager:
- Upon accessing a screen with HR functionalities, it will display all data, regardless of the contract that is selected.
- If the contract of the person who has the HR function is selected, upon accessing a screen related to the Manager, it will not display any information if this HR contract has no led people. However, if this contract belongs to an HR professional who is also Manager of the HR team, the data of his/her led people will be displayed in the screen.
- When the person has an active contract where he/she is the Manager of a team and another contract where he/she is a Worker:
- Upon selecting the worker contract and a screen related to the manager is selected, it will display no information, as this worker does not have any led people.
- When the person has two active contracts where he/she is the manager of two different teams:
- Upon accessing a screen that is directed to the manager, it will display data regarding the led people associated with the selected contract.
Moods - Climate survey
- When the person has a contract for the HR functions and another active contract where he/she is a team Manager:
- Upon accessing a screen related to the HR role, it will display all data, regardless of the contract that is selected.
- If the contract of the person who has the HR function is selected, upon accessing a screen related to the Manager, it will not display any information if this HR contract has no led people. However, if this contract belongs to an HR professional who is also Manager of the HR team, the data of his/her led people will be displayed in the screen.
- When the person has two active contracts where he/she is the manager of two different teams:
- Upon accessing a screen that is directed to the manager, it will display data regarding the led people associated with the selected contract.
Recruitment Management
- When the person has a contract for the HR functions and another one only for workers:
- Upon accessing a screen related to the HR role, it will display all data, regardless of the contract that is selected.
- When the person has a contract for the HR functions and another active contract where he/she is a team Manager:
- Upon accessing a screen related to the HR role, it will display all data, regardless of the contract that is selected.
- In Internal job openings > Job opening details, when the person applies for a job opening, the selected employment contract will be used.
- In the My Job Opening Applications screen, only the applications of the selected employment contract will be displayed.
- In My Job Opening Application > Job opening details, the application in the job opening of the selected employment contract will be verified, if the person has not applied, the Apply button will be displayed for the job opening with the selected contract.
- The Candidates Search will only display job openings where the selected employment contract has a visualization permission, the job opening requester is the selected employment contract or one from a led person.
In the personnel request registration
- When the person has the "All requesters" permission, the current behavior of the Requester field stays the same, that is, it returns all workers according to the defined filter. Example: The HR department defining a worker from the organization as requester of the Personnel request.
- When the person does not have the "All requesters" permission and there is an employment contract selected, the contract selected in the 'Requester' field will be assigned, with changes not allowed.
- In the Personnel Request list, when there is an employment contract selected, the Personnel Requests will be displayed where the Requester is the active contract or a directly/indirectly-led person of the active contract.
In the job opening registration
- When the person has the "All requesters" permission, the current behavior of the Requester field stays the same, that is, it returns all workers according to the defined filter.
- When the person does not have the "All requesters" permission and there is an employment contract selected, the contract selected in the 'Requester' field will be assigned, with changes not allowed.
- In the job opening list, when there is an employment contract selected, the Job Openings will be considered where the job opening Requester is the selected contract or a directly/indirectly-led person of the active contract.
- In the Profile Evaluation, My Pendencies, Process Monitoring, Approved Candidates and in the Personnel Request Pendency Summary card, multiple contracts are not considered.
- The Settings menu Screens do not consider the multiple contracts.
Management Dashboard, Performance Management and Career and Succession Management
- When the person has an active contract in which he/she is the Manager of a team and another one where he/she is a Worker:
- Upon accessing the manager screens, if the selected contract is the Worker one, the system will redirect to the My Analytics screen, expect for the Team Analytics in which the cards regarding the team will be empty.
- When the person has a contract for the HR functions and another one only for Workers:
- Upon accessing the HR screens, if the selected contract is the Worker one or has no permission, the system will redirect to the My Analytics screen.
The details screens apply the defined filter when accessed by the Analytics.
- Led people: considers the led people who are the requesters of the job opening/request.
- Manager: considers led people who are the requesters of the job opening/request.
- Led people = all and Managers = empty, considers the job openings/requests of all directly- and indirectly-led people;
- Led people = all and Managers = any item defined, considers the job openings/requests of all managers and there managers' directly- and indirectly-led people.
- Worker: considers the job openings/requests in which the worker is the requester.
In cases of approval pendencies, filters are also considered over the data of the personnel request that originated the process.
Notes
- The filtersGender It isType of contract are disregarded in this module;
- The Personnel Request Pendency Summary card and the details of the My Pendencies screen do not consider the following filter information: Led People, Managers, Worker and Gender.
- The Available job openings card does not consider the personnel request filter by job opening reason.
