Moods Cards - Team Analytics

Note

These cards are accessed at: Analytics > Team Analytics > Moods Tab or Moods - Climate Survey > Survey Analytics - Manager

In addition to explanations about each card, more details can be seen in the video:

Pulse data

Displays a progress summary of the last applied survey, such as: the number of pulses sent, the start date of the next pulse, the interval of the current survey and the situation in which it is: Active of Finished.

pulse score

Displays the following information to the Manager: score of the organization, my score (score of directly-led people), my department (score of the Manager who is signed in + directly-led people + indirectly-led people, i.e., all Workers under the Manager's hierarchy) the score of led people who are Managers and also the engagement percentage by clicking in the dots of the chart (if the company allows this option, which is configured by the Survey Analyst).

The chart considers the score of the last 10 pulses and the Manager's score if he or she has at least three surveys answered by the led people, i.e., if the company has three responses in a pulse and the Manager does not have any in this pulse, the company's score will be displayed and the Manager's will be zero. The score calculation is based on the whole survey and not only the dimension, and all workers have the same weight in the end, not only the Manager's scores.

Important

The information about My department and the View manager filter will only be displayed if the Manager who is signed in has any led people who are also managers under his or her hierarchy (in the current pulse)

Details

Score per pulse dimension

Upon clicking in one of the dots in the Score per Pulse chart, its details can be viewed. The details chart displays the score evolution of each dimension and also the score for each question with information about the organization, department or a Manager.

Score per question

Displays all questions of the current pulse, regardless of its type (scale, text or multiple choice). Text questions are not measured in the score calculation.

Results of the last pulse submitted

Displays a view of the score for the current pulse's dimensions, indicating whether it has increased, remained the same or decreased in relation to the previous pulse, compared to the organization's and the area's score. The result is displayed only when at least three led people of the respective Manager answer the survey.

The My department's score column will only be displayed if the Manager who is signed in has any managers under his or her hierarchy (in the current pulse). It considers the score of the Manager who is signed in and all Workers under his or her hierarchy (manager + directly-led people + indirectly-led people). All Workers have the same weight in the final score, not only the Managers' scores.

The quantity and content of the comments sent by workers in the current pulse can also be visualized, if the company allows this option, which is configured by the survey analyst.

The information can be verified in the Number of comments column and through the Show comments button. The Manager will have access to the comments made by his or her directly- and indirectly-led people whenever the respondent chooses to disclose comments. The workers may choose which comments the Manager may view.

Net Promoter Score per pulse

Shows the Manager's score in the Net Promoter Score (NPS), as well as the score of his or her department, the organization, and directly-led people, through the Analytics filter.

The chart displays the results of the latest ten pulses in which the NPS was applied and returned with the evaluation of more than three respondents. Otherwise, the pulse results will be the same as the previous pulse which evaluation exceeded the minimum of three respondents.

Details

Upon clicking in one of the dots in the Net Promoter Score per Pulse chart, its details can be viewed. In addition to the score obtained in the NPS, the chart details the quantity of promoting, passive and detracting respondents of each evaluated pulse, in percentage points.
