Performance Cards - Team Analytics
Note
- All Analytics cards will be available as peruser permission settings and the card settings in Panels. The information presented considers the application of the filter, multiple contracts (except in the Compensation Management module) and, if applicable, scope.
- For the Remuneration Management module, it is mandatory to registersalary policy for the company and branch of the manager querying the analytics.
These cards are accessed at: Analytics > Team Analytics > Performance tab.
feedbacks
Feedback received
Displays the average of feedback occurrences received by led people during the last 12 months. To calculate the average, feedback occurrences are considered in the following situations: shared with the worker and manager and shared with the manager only. Situations in which the feedback is shared with the worker only are only considered in the average when the feedback occurrence is made public by the worker.
Evaluation per competences
Overall results of the evaluations
Displays the overall concept of the evaluations. The concepts are presented according to the default proficiency scale of the selected cycle.
The chart considers the evaluations finished by Consensus focus, and if this focus is not used by the organization, the chart considers the finished evaluations in the Subordinate focus and then by the Self-evaluation focus.
Situation of the competence evaluations
Displays an overall view of the competence evaluation process, with the percentage of focus evaluations and the quantity in the following situations: not started, in progress or finished.
The data displayed in this chart is generated by the Evaluations Generation screen, and updated (evaluation situation changed) by the Pending Evaluations screen when a self-evaluation, subordinate or consensus evaluation is done.
By clicking on the View details button, the Competence Evaluations Situation screen can be accessed.
Assessments by competences
Displays the view of the overall concept reached by the team during each period for evaluations with the Finished situation.
Para determinar a nota do gráfico Avaliações por competências, o sistema executa os seguintes passos:
- Busca as avaliações concluídas e que possuem nível de proficiência. Ou seja, não são consideradas as avaliações que ainda não foram iniciadas ou que estão em fase de definição das competências.
- Calcula a média dos percentuais de atingimento dessas avaliações.
- Por fim, obtém o nível de proficiência atingido equivalente à média de atingimento, considerando a tabela de proficiência padrão que estiver definida para o ciclo.
Workers by concept
Displays the number of led people by overall concept of the finished evaluations, according to the default proficiency scale of the selected cycle.
Results assessment
Results
Displays the general achievement percentage of team goals per cycle. You can also view the details of each led person by clicking on the View details button, at the Team results monitoring screen.
Situation of the results evaluations
Displays the percentage by results evaluation situation (Finished, Canceled, Under definition, Under evaluation and In Review). The Under definition situation also considers the evaluations that are awaiting the goals approval, the Under evaluation situation considers the evaluations that are awaiting a results approval by the worker and the manager, and the In review situation also considers the evaluations that are awaiting the goal review approval.
Results evaluation of my team
Displays the individual achievement percentage of team goals per selected cycle. You can also view the details of each person you lead, by clicking on the indication with his/her name at the Individual results monitoring screen. The chart will be displayed from the goal monitoring register.
Individual development plan (PDI)
Development plans
Allows the monitoring of the number of objectives in progress, expired and awaiting approval, as well as the expired development actions of the led people. The user can also consult the details of the team objectives and also individually by led person.
