Team - Team Analytics
Note
- All Analytics cards will be available as peruser permission settings and the card settings in Panels. The information presented considers the application of the filter, multiple contracts (except in the Compensation Management module) and, if applicable, scope.
- For the Remuneration Management module, it is mandatory to registersalary policy for the company and branch of the manager querying the analytics.
These cards are accessed at: Analytics > Team Analytics > Team tab.
Led people
Here you can access the public information of people who are part of the Manager's team; just click the name or the photo of the person in question and go to the Public Profile screen. É possível acessar os dados públicos das pessoas que fazem parte da equipe do Gestor, para isso basta clicar no nome ou na foto da pessoa em questão e entrar na tela de Perfil Público.
Effective by contract type
This chart displays information of the eSocial Category field of the Employees screen (FR034FUN). This graphic brings the field informationeSocial Category of the screenemployees (FR034FUN).
Education level of the team
Displays the percentage of the educational level of the team by the educational level defined in the Educational Level field at the People Information (FR033PES) window of the Personnel Management module.
Some levels are grouped according to the codification used by RAIS. Example: Doctorate and PHD are considered a single level in the chart. by the buttonsee details You can access the Team Education Level screen.
Workforce per generation
Displays the percentage of led people per generation, considering the date of birth in the Date of Birth field of the Person registration screen, according to the list below:

For the cases where the date of birth is not registered, the led person will be considered as from an unknown generation.
Hired and fired
This chart shows information from the Hire Date field of the Employees window (FR034FUN) and from the Situation field from the Absence Record window (FR038AFA) if it is set to "Termination". This graphic brings the field informationAdmission date of the screenemployees (FR034FUN) and the fieldSituation same as the "Dismissal" type on theLeave History (FR038AFA).

Training hours
Displays data about the number of training hours, workers and average per worker in the last four months. This chart considers the end date of the training to add it in the training workload of the month. Upon clicking on the bar chart, details are displayed regarding the number training hours per directly- or indirectly-led person.
Chain of command
This card considers the hierarchy and is only visible for the Managers who have, in their team, led people who also have the Manager role. With it, you can consult the number of directly- and indirectly-led people that each Manager of the team has.
