Led person summary
View a summary of the most important information about your led people. This screen is accessed at:
- Main menu > My team > Link in the name of the led person;
- In the search > Link in the name of the led person.
- Organization structure > Hierarchy > Link in the name of the led person.
Information displayed on the screen
- Personal data, such as: date and place of birth, marital status, address and contacts. The screen also shows whether the worker has any kind of disability (Rehabilitated or Readapted);
- Employment contract, such as: department, job, job position and admission date;
- Number of Feedback occurrences received;
- Whether the job position is considered a key-position for the organization and whether the Worker has a defined career plan (this resource is only available if the Career and Succession module is used);
- Information about the IDP (Individual Development Plan), such as: number of objectives that are pending, expired or about to expire;
- Competences map of the worker in relation to his or her job/position;
- Competence evaluation will only be visible if the last evaluation of the cycle is finished.

Depending on how the cycle was configured by the HR department, this chart:
- considers weights for each evaluation type (example: to obtain the total performance level, the results evaluation shall have a weight greater than the competence evaluation);
- shows the concepts based on rating scales (example: the performance is defined as "Great").
Dependendo de como o ciclo foi configurado pelo setor de RH este gráfico:- considera pesos para cada tipo de avaliação (exemplo: para chegar ao nível de desempenho total, a avaliação de resultados terá um peso maior do que a avaliação por competências);
- mostra os conceitos a partir de escalas de classificação (exemplo: o desempenho é definido como "Ótimo").
The performance level information of each led person can also be consulted in the Management matrix.
The Current cycle performance field allows the Manager to change the performance result whenever the cycle is in the open situation. For closed cycles, the field will be disabled.
