Recruitment and Selection Cards - Team Analytics

The Recruitment and Selection Analytics cards, intended for the Manager, are accessed at: Analytics > Team Analytics > Recruitment and Selection tab.

Personnel requests situation

Displays the total number of the Manager's personnel requests, as well as the number of requests according to the situations: Draft, Under approval, Approved, Rejected and Canceled. By clicking on each amount, the personnel request consultation screen is opened for the consultation and visualization of the approval sequence.

Available job openings

Displays the total number of available job openings per reason: Substitution and Staff Increase, in the Job openings screen. Upon clicking on the chart data, it shows the job opening details filtered according to the selected option: All, Staff increase or Substitution.

Personnel request pendencies summary

Displays the number of approval pendencies for the personnel request, which are with the Manager or were already approved by the HR department. By clicking on the amount, the My pendencies screen is opened for the consultation and approval or rejection of the requests.

Candidate percentage

Displays the percentage of internal and external candidate approvals for job openings created by the department of the signed-in Manager. The percentage calculation considers job openings with one or more candidates in the Approved situation. By clicking on the chart, you can view details with the list of internal and external candidates approved.

If the candidate accesses the updated screens of the module, the percentage calculation of the Candidate Percentage chart will consider internal and external candidates in the Approved situation, as well as job openings in the Finished situation, from the original version of the system.

If a candidate who was turned permanent gives up on the job opening, in addition to being disregarded in the chart calculation, his/her situation becomes Waiver, still remaining in the Approved column, in the Stages tab of the Job Opening Management screen.

Average hiring time

Displays the average hiring time in days and by trimester of all job openings in which the led people (both directly and indirectly) of the signed-in Manager are the requesters. The calculation considers:
