Analytics Round: Access Control

The monitoring indicators in Access Control are easily viewed in a panel format, allowing a complete view of the management data.

Through filters, it is possible to perform various control actions, such as configuring the visualization, exporting in PDF or PNG formats and viewing the DataSet data.

How to access and use

Access to the Access Control information panel must be done by senior X Platform > Access and Security Management | Ronda X > Analytics Ronda > Access Control.

The availability of information refers to each registration made in Access Control, such as the type and status of access made and the number of people present.

In the upper right corner of the screen, you can use some buttons to update and expand:

Automatic Update

The button allows the manager to configure the automatic update of the Analytics Ronda panel. It is possible to configure with the options:Do not update, Update every 1m, Update every 5m, Update every 10m, Update every 15m, Update every 30m It isUpdate every 1h.

Allows manual updating of the panel and informs the date and time of the last update.

Displays the number of access events registered in the week prior to the current one.

Displays the number of access events carried out during the month prior to the current one.

Counter of people present

Shows the sum of people present in all locations monitored by the system.

Monthly hits

Graph in line format that shows the number of accesses each month, for the last 12 months.

Top 5 exceptional places of the current day

Bar chart that displays the fivelocations with more exceptions (i.e., no-access markings) on the current day.
