Analytics Round: Access Control
The monitoring indicators in Access Control are easily viewed in a panel format, allowing a complete view of the management data.
Through filters, it is possible to perform various control actions, such as configuring the visualization, exporting in PDF or PNG formats and viewing the DataSet data.
How to access and use
Access to the Access Control information panel must be done by senior X Platform > Access and Security Management | Ronda X > Analytics Ronda > Access Control.
The availability of information refers to each registration made in Access Control, such as the type and status of access made and the number of people present.
In the upper right corner of the screen, you can use some buttons to update and expand:
Automatic Update
The button allows the manager to configure the automatic update of the Analytics Ronda panel. It is possible to configure with the options:Do not update, Update every 1m, Update every 5m, Update every 10m, Update every 15m, Update every 30m It isUpdate every 1h.
Button
Allows manual updating of the panel and informs the date and time of the last update.
Button
Enables screen expansion, ensuring a complete viewing mode. To exit full screen mode, press theEsc.
Data visualization
The Analytics panel is made up of several sections of information, which provide numbers and graphs with indicators.
Button
Each data section has, in the upper right corner, a button with a column icon with three lines. When you click it, the following buttons are shown (the availability of some of the buttons varies with each data section):
- Filters: allows you to configure the filters in that section when opening a screen with Sorting and Filters options;
- To update: performs the update only for that specific section;
- Export PDF: when selected, the section data is automatically exported to .pdf format, allowing the recording of that specific record under the manager's control;
- Export PNG: allows exporting data from the selected section to a .png image file. The generated file is automatically saved on the device connected to the Ronda senior X;
- Full screen: makes the graph occupy the entire size of the screen, for better viewing;
- View Data: the button expands the section's DataSet data. On the screen, it will also be possible to export the data in .csv format using the buttonExport CSV.
Access Control Analytics Information
Access Control Analytics is divided into three views, each with different information. To change views, click on the spheres
which indicate the page currently shown, at the bottom of the screen. Each sphere shows a specific view.
Initial view
Current day
Shows the number of access events performed during the current day.
Current week
Displays the number of access events held throughout the current week.
Current month
Displays the number of access events recorded throughout the month.
Annual access
Counts the number of access events carried out throughout this year, from January 1st to today.
Last day
Shows the number of access events carried out on the day before the current one.
Last week
Displays the number of access events registered in the week prior to the current one.
Last month
Displays the number of access events carried out during the month prior to the current one.
Counter of people present
Shows the sum of people present in all locations monitored by the system.
Monthly hits
Graph in line format that shows the number of accesses each month, for the last 12 months.
Top 5 exceptional places of the current day
Bar chart that displays the fivelocations with more exceptions (i.e., no-access markings) on the current day.
Top 5 offline access locations
Bar graph showing the five locations with the most offline access during the current day.
Current day access types
Pie chart showing the types of access events carried out on the current day, by percentage.
Accesses by status/day
Pie chart that displays the percentage of online and offline accesses on the current day.

Top 5 exceptional places of the current year

Top 5 access sites by status from the last thirty days
Graph in bar format that shows the five places with the most access in the last thirty days. Access is divided between online and offline for each location.
Top 5 access locations by status for the current year
Graph in bar format that shows the five places with the most visits from January 1st of this year to today. These accesses are divided between online and offline for each location.

Types of accesses in the current year
Graph in line format, where each line represents the number of accesses for a specific type of access. The values are shown for the current year, that is, from 01/01 to today's date.
Access status for the current year
Graph in line format that displays, for each line, an access status (offline or online, for example) and the number of access events registered with that status. The graph corresponds to the values of the current year, as of January 1st.
Detailed view of environments
Number of credentials used per total credentials
Shows the number of credentials currently in use, compared to the maximum number of credentials available for this environment.
Number of accesses with provisional credential per location in the last 12 months
Bar graph showing the number of accesses per location, made using provisional credentials, during the last twelve months. Each month has a bar for each location, showing the number of accesses made to that location.
Number of accesses with credential holder per location in the last 12 months
Graph in bar format that shows access made by credential holders, within the last twelve months, classified by location. As in the previous graph, each month shows the quantities separated by location, with a bar for each place that had access.
