Scopes - Routine Management
Coverage
To register a scope:
- Access Technology > Administration > Authorization > Paper management;
- In the Roles section, search for the role you want and clickTo edit. If you need to register a role, clickNew role;
- In the Settings section, on the Filters tab, search forsam;
- Click the arrow next tosam/patrol and then inNew;
- Fill in the fields of the desired scope;
- click inTo save.
The scope can be applied to routine plan and type of routine plan.
Below are the screens, sections and fields applying this scope in the Routine Management module.
Routine Plan
The screenRoutine Plan will only display routine plans whoseName and/orType of routine plan are in accordance with the scope defined for the current user. If there is no scope configured, all routine plans will be displayed on the screen.
The same will happen when adding or editing a routine plan: in the fieldType of routine plan Only plan types defined for the current user will be shown. If there is no scope configured, all types of plans will be displayed.
Checklists
The screenChecklists will only display checklists associated with a routine plan whoseName is in accordance with the scope defined for the end user. If there is no scope configured, all checklists will be displayed on the screen.
The same will happen when adding or editing a checklist: in the fieldRoutine Plan Only the plans defined for the current user will be shown. If there is no scope configured, all plans will be displayed.
Routine Consultation
The screenRoutine Consultation will only display routine plans whoseName is in accordance with the scope defined for the end user. If there is no scope configured, all routine plans will be displayed on the screen.
Control Points
The screenControl Points will only display control points associated with a routine plan whoseName is in accordance with the scope defined for the end user. If there is no scope configured, all control points will be displayed on the screen.
The same will happen when adding or editing a control point: in the fieldRoutine Plan Only the plans defined for the current user will be shown. If there is no scope configured, all plans will be displayed.
Routines Report
The screenRoutines Report will allow you to filter in the fieldRoutine Plan only those plans whoseName is in accordance with the scope defined for the end user. If there is no scope configured, all control points will be displayed in the filter.
When generating a report, only plans for whichName is in accordance with the scope defined for the end user.
