Implementation of Third Party Management
The Third Party Management module provides tools to standardize third party hiring processes, providing various functionalities based on the various roles that are part of these routines. The implementation of this module in the Ronda senior X system must be carried out properly so that it can be used appropriately, with all necessary configurations and registrations.

The steps listed in this process are for implementing Third Party Management when Ronda senior X is not integrated with Ronda Senior. In environments where this integration exists, the guidelines of theintegrator configuration.
What you can do:

These steps must be performed by a system administrator user.
- On the Third Party Management > Documents screen, register the documents that will be needed;
- On the Technology > Administration > User Management screen, create theusers for the Contract Administrator and the Contract Data Reviewer, if they do not already exist;
- On the Technology > Administration > Role Management screen, create thepaper for the Contract Administrator;
- Assign administrator resources by contract, based onpermissions. To do this, still on the Roles screen, select the role previously created and clickTo edit;
- In the Settings section, on the Permissions tab, clickActivity and locate the activity "Ronda - Administrator by contract";
- Click on the arrow that precedes the name of the resource and check the options that are shown to release the permission;
- click inTo save;
- Include Contract Administrator users in the role created for them;
- Create the role for the Contract Data Reviewer;
- Assign the resources to the "Ronda - Contract Data Reviewer" activity, in a similar way to that shown in steps 4 to 7 above;
- Include Contract Data Reviewers users in the role created for them;
- On the Technology > Administration > Group Management screen, configure user groups for Reviewers and add Reviewers users;
- On the Senior x Platform > BPM > screenLaw Suit, create theflow using the standard "Third Party Management (Ronda XT)" model;
- Configure the flow to assign the flow tasks to the contract data reviewer user group;
- On the Access and Security Management > Third Party Management > Default Contract Configuration screen, define the values of fields and documents that will be considered by default for each contract issued. For better understanding, we recommend following thedocumentation process for this screen;
- On the Technology > Customization > screenSchedules, check the creation of the schedule for the actions listed below. They are all automatically created in the domainsam and servicethird, when registering the first company in the system, and configured to execute daily:
- sendExpiredDocumentsEmail action that sends an email when a contract has pending or expired documents;
- sendDocumentsToExpireEmail action that sends an email when a contract has documents expiring within 15 days;
- blockThird: action that blocks third parties from current relationships that have expired documents.
