Career Cards - My Analytics
Note
- All Analytics cards will be available as peruser permission settings and the card settings in Panels. The information presented considers the application of the filter, multiple contracts (except in the Compensation Management module) and, if applicable, scope.
- For the Remuneration Management module, it is mandatory to registersalary policy for the company and branch of the manager querying the analytics.
Attention
The Career menu, in turn, brings information from the Career and Succession Management module and the Recruitment and Selection Management module. If the user does not have one of these two modules, only the information of the module that the user has will be displayed.
If the user wants to disable the Career menu completely, it is necessary to disable the following permissions:
- My applications (res://senior.com.br/hcm/recruitment/myInternalCandidatures)
- Vacancy publication (res://senior.com.br/hcm/vacancymanagement/entities/vacancyPublication)
- Career and Succession Resource (res://senior.com.br/analytics/hcm/module/careerAndSuccession)
- Internal Vacancies (res://senior.com.br/hcm/recruitment/internalVacancies)

My job opening applications
Displays the job opening applications, from the newest to the oldest, and sorts them by the job opening title in ascending order. By clicking on the Details button, the job opening information may be viewed. Using the View all button, the My job applications screen may be accessed.
Internal job openings
Displays the most recent job opening applications and the ones that are highlighted by the company, sorted by the job opening title in ascending order. By clicking on the Details button, you can view the job opening description, apply for it or recommend it to a colleague. With the View all button, you can access the Internal job openings screen.
Succession plan
Displays the number of candidates indicates to succession by the Worker himself/herself and also by the Manager. This card summarizes the My Succession Plan screen.
Career plan
This card shows a summary of the My career plan screen, which can be accessed and explored by clicking on View details. Esse card traz um resumo da tela Meu plano de carreira, que pode ser acessada e explorada ao clicar em Ver detalhes.
