Corporate Wall Cards - My Analytics
Note
- All Analytics cards will be available as peruser permission settings and the card settings in Panels. The information presented considers the application of the filter, multiple contracts (except in the Compensation Management module) and, if applicable, scope.
- For the Remuneration Management module, it is mandatory to registersalary policy for the company and branch of the manager querying the analytics.
Movement
It presents the data ofadmissions,shutdowns It istransfers of the company's employees, from the first to the last day of the month.
The transfer information will be presented according to the settings of theMoving collaborators in the general settings screen.
For dismissals, employees with leave of absence of the type7 - Fired.
Birthdays
presents thebirthdays, according to the selected period.
The system also displays the collaborator's photo, name and position. Age (year of birth) is not displayed.
The birthday will only be displayed on this card if the contributor sets their date of birth to public
Company anniversaries
presents thecompany birthdays, according to the selected period.
The system displays the number of years the employee has been with the company, in addition to the photo, name and position.
The list of birthdays is available in HCM insights
Managers from the company can receive automatic notifications, with the list of subordinates who have an upcoming birthday!
