Job position requirements
The registration of job position requirements is necessary for the system to calculate the percentage of compliance of employees and display the information on the career paths dashboard.
This registration is done at Career and Succession > Registers > Job position requirements:
Requirement configurations of each job position
The minimum compliance percentage determines how compliant an employee must be to the job position that belongs to their career track, for them to be considered ready to assume this job position.
Click on Actions beside the job position you want to configure, click on Edit and define the minimum percentage in the Compliance % column.
The minimum experience time determines how many months the employee needs to have worked in other positions to be considered able to occupy a certain position.

The company projects are work activities or operations which the employee acted on, and which may be considered when assessing the job position compliance level.

Observations
For projects to be defined as requirements for job positions, it is necessary to:
- Enable ticking Register company projects as a weight and display in the employee's profile in the Career and Succession General Settings.
- Register the projects through the menu: Career and Succession > Company project.
- The projects that were registered will be available for the employee to select those where he worked, when registering their experiences in theProfessional Profile.
These conditions need to be met for the system to use the company's projects in the compliance assessment.
The weight definition for the requirement groups allows the attribution of different importance levels for each job positionexigence.

Notes
- The weight definition is optional and affects the job position compliance percentage calculation method
- The sum of the weights of all requirements of a job position cannot be greater than 100
Example of use:
Consider the following scenario:
- One employee currently occupies the position of Test Technician I and wants to take on the job position of Test Analyst I.
- These are the requirements for the desired job position:

In the example scenario presented, the following conditions need to be met for the employee to be considered able to assume the position of Test Analyst I:
- the compliance percentage from the employee to desired job position (Test Analyst I) must be at least 80%
- the employee must have at least 12 months of experience in the position of Test Technician I (current position)
- the employee must have at least 24 months of experience in the position of Test Technician II
Notes
- If a job has no requirement, the compliance percentage of the workers who desire this job will always be 100%.
- If a job has one requirement, the compliance percentage of the workers who meet this requirement will always be 100%.
