Among the various items that can be configured in courses, there is the selection of the display model for detailed course information, also called the course landing page. Below we list more information about each of the models available in the standard layout (theme 3.0). Models prior to 3 will not be covered in this documentation, as they are only available in old layouts that are being discontinued.
-
Model 3: It is considered an old display model. It presents the basic course data, such as modality, workload, required performance, among others. It also displays other course information, such as description, objectives, and contents, as they were registered. This model does not have available accessibility features.
Example image of model 3
-
Model 4: It is the standard and most current model available. It has better performance and presents a more user-friendly navigation. It is compatible with assistive technology software, following accessibility guidelines. It presents the basic course data (modality, workload, required performance, etc.) and other registered information (description, objectives, contents). Unlike model 3, it is possible to choose to display which tracks the course is associated with, as long as the parameter Display associated tracks on the course landing page is active in the track settings.
- Attention! Model 4 is not yet compatible with nomenclature settings. If it is necessary to change the nomenclature of any field or button present in the course, the use of model 4 is not recommended.

These settings are related to the Konviva Marketplace.
-
Enable this Konviva as a Marketplace content provider: When enabled, the content from the learning environment in question can be exported to other client Konviva environments. In the unit registration, it will be necessary to select or create the units that can be marketplace clients. For this, in the unit registration corresponding to the client, it is necessary to enable the option Enable Konviva Marketplace Token. This action will generate a unique token, which must be provided to the client to enable integration with the provider.
-
Enable this Konviva as a Marketplace client: When enabled, it will be necessary to provide the data of the Konviva provider from which the content will be imported. It is possible to add more than one content provider.
-
Add provider:
- Tenant: Name that will identify the content provider. Ex: Konviva Academy.
- URL: Base URL of the content provider. Ex: https://academia.konviva.com.br.
- Token: Token provided by the content provider to the client. The token is generated when the provider has a business unit created to represent the client and activates the option Enable Konviva Marketplace Token.
- Completion History Date: Can be left blank. Feature used only for cases where the client requested the migration of student data from the provider environment to their learning environment. As stated in the respective documentation, filling in this field defines from which date the enrollment histories of migrated students will be integrated. When indicating a date and saving, the service is executed only once.
Click on “Save” to add the provider.
-
Finally, click on “Save” to record the changes made to the Konviva Marketplace settings. Then refresh the browser (F5) to correctly view the changes.
This content refers to the activation of the general configuration of Konviva Studio.
- Integrate with Konviva Studio: once enabled, Konviva Studio will be activated for integration with the system. Once activated, the Client URL and API Key information will already be filled in according to the database, without the possibility of editing. However, it will be necessary to provide the Access JWT and Team ID data in the indicated fields.
Once this process is done, a new profile called Konviva Studio will be displayed for selection in the user registration, where a button to turn the module on and off will be presented, but its activation will be conditioned to filling in the K. Studio profile Token
Important!
-
Once the module is activated within an environment, it will no longer be possible to deactivate it:
-
Filling in the K. Studio profile Token has no repetition validator, that is, other users in the same environment can receive the same token.

Here are some parameters configured for the learning paths. They are:
-
Enable theme 3.0 learning path: Enables the theme 3.0 learning path, allowing the journey-type learning path to be enabled.
- Enable new layout: Enables the new learning path layout, presenting engagement indicators to the student.
- Disable Progress and Performance in the Learning Path header: By activating this option, the progress and performance information at the top of the learning path will not be displayed to the student.
-
Enable Onboarding: Enables the use of the onboarding-type learning path.
- Learning path starts on the admission date: Indicates that the onboarding learning path deadlines are calculated from the user’s admission date. If this option is selected, students who do not have an admission date registered will not have deadline information. When activating this option, the option Starts on the date of user association to the learning path is automatically disabled.
- Starts on the date of user association to the learning path: Indicates that the onboarding learning path deadlines are calculated from the date the user is associated with the learning path. When activating this option, the option Learning path starts on the admission date is automatically disabled.
-
Enable completion deadlines in learning path stage and resource: When active, it allows the user to add deadlines, in days, to the development-type learning paths.
- The total time of the learning path will be the sum of the days configured in the stages, One stage starts on the day following the end of the previous one: When activating this option, the deadline calculation for the development learning path has the same behavior as the deadline calculation for the onboarding learning path.
Example: If a learning path has two stages, the first with a 10-day deadline and the second with a 20-day deadline, a student who starts the path on day 01 will have until day 10 as the final deadline for the first stage, and the second stage will start on day 11, ending on day 30.
If the option is disabled, the deadline calculation for all stages will always start from the initial date of the learning path. That is, in a scenario similar to the previous example, where a learning path has two stages, the first with a 10-day deadline and the second with a 20-day deadline, a student who starts the path on day 01 will have until day 10 as the final deadline for the first stage, and the final deadline for the second stage will be day 20, as both stages have day 01 as the initial deadline.
-
Enable journeys: Enables the journey-type learning paths.
- Enrollment completion time to validate complementary course from ____ months: Minimum time available (in months) for the student to validate a course in complementary hours of the journey. Example: only courses where enrollment has been completed and approved in the last 24 months will be validated.
-
Modify default Learning Path image: When activating this option, it is possible to select a new default image for the learning path card and banner. The images uploaded here will be displayed in learning paths that do not have their own images registered. If the option is not enabled, the system’s default images are maintained.
-
Hide learning paths: When activating this option, all learning paths will be hidden. The student will not be able to view the learning paths, neither in catalogs nor in “my learning paths”.
-
Display learning paths dashboard: When active, it allows displaying learning path indicators on the administrator’s dashboard.
-
Use Novelty Test: When active, it allows including a novelty test in the learning path certification registration.
-
Record learning path processing log in STORM: This configuration has been discontinued on the platform.
-
Concatenate Resource Acronyms in Learning Path reports: When enabled, it allows concatenating resource acronyms in some learning path reports.
-
Show learning path description in my learning paths: When enabled, it displays to the student the descriptions registered in learning paths, in the “My Learning Paths” listing. When disabled, only the names of the learning paths will be displayed in the listing. Regardless of the configuration selected here, descriptions will still be displayed in catalogs and within the learning paths.
-
Make learning paths available considering authoring unit and target audience: When enabled, only learning paths available based on authoring unit and target audience configurations will be offered to students. It can only be enabled when the option Display/Enable the authoring unit field is activated in the unit settings.
-
Enable desirable and optional learning path: Allows indicating if the learning path is desirable/optional for some type of target audience.
- Desirable to have the same behavior as Mandatory: When active, when indicating a target audience in the Desirable configuration, the student who belongs to the target audience is automatically associated with the learning path, and the cancel participation button is not displayed.
-
Target audience selection is mandatory: When active, it makes the selection of at least one target audience mandatory when marking a learning path as mandatory.
-
The required performance field in the learning path registration should be filled by default, with the value: When activated and filled with a value, it will be used as the default performance. The value can be from 1 to 100.
-
Display associated learning paths on the course landing page: When active, the student sees on the course page the learning paths to which the course is associated. This display only happens in environments that use landing page model 4 or higher (detailed course information), selected in the course settings.
