Custom reports offer flexibility to create customized analyses, adapting to the specific needs of each institution. By selecting the desired report type, you can include columns with information relevant to your evaluation.
Available Report Types
Custom reports allow the administrator to track student progress in learning paths. They offer various tokens for data extraction, covering information about student progress in both the learning path and its stages and/or resources. Below we list the available columns and their respective tokens:

| Learning Path Code | Identifier code of the learning path |
| Learning Path | Name of the learning path |
| Certification | Indicates if the learning path issues a certificate (Yes/No) |
| Learning Path Responsible | Name of the responsible administrator |
| Approved in the Learning Path | Student’s approval status (Yes/No) |
| Date of Last Review | Date of the last update in the learning path |
| Certification Method | Evaluation method for certification |
| Learning Path Status | Current status (Active/Inactive) |
| Progress | Percentage of learning path completion |
| Performance | Percentage of student performance |
| Expiration Date | Expiration date of the learning path |
| Processing Date | Date of the last report update |
| Learning Path Type | Classification (Development/Onboarding/Journey) |
| Duration (days) | Total estimated time in days |
| Planned Start | Planned start date |
| Planned Completion | Planned end date |
| Actual Start | Effective start date by the student |
| Engagement | Current status: Not started, In Progress, Delayed, Completed or Completed with delay |
| Approval Date | Date when the student met all requirements for approval. Important: Completion requires approval. A student with 100% progress but without the minimum required performance is not considered approved. |
| Workload | Sum of the workload of all resources in the learning path |
| Days Overdue | Filter for overdue enrollments |
