ADM0053 - User Group
This screen aims to create and manage User Groups, to organize permissions in a centralized and standardized way. This structure facilitates access control to system features, associating multiple users to the same set of permissions.
What can you do?
Initial Registration
To create a User Group:
- Access the User Groups menu and click on Add;
- Fill in the basic information:
- Group description;
- Change Group image;
- Click on Save to create the group;
- The new group will be displayed in the list with the option to edit or delete.
To add Users to a group:
- Access the group list and click on Edit on the desired group;
- In the Users tab, click on Add Users;
- Select the desired users from the list presented;
- Click on Save;
Important
A user can be in more than one group and the permissions will be combined cumulatively.
To configure Group Permissions:
-
Access the edit of the desired group;
-
Go to the Screens tab and select the pages that the respective group will have access to, along with its permission level:
- View
- Create
- Change
- Delete
- Total
-
Click on Save Permissions at the end of the page;
Important
If there is integration with other systems, some permissions may be restricted or controlled by external rules. Consult the system administrator before changing default permissions.
This feature allows restricting user access to specific records, based on filters configured for the group.
- Access the User Groups screen;
- Select the desired group or create a new group;
- Access the Access by Record tab;
- Click on + Add Rule;
- Choose the feature to which you want to apply the restriction;
- Configure the desired filters (for example, Company, Regional, etc.);
- Click on Save to finish the configuration;
Important:
The Duplicate Access Profile feature allows copying the permissions from an existing user group to another group, avoiding rework and ensuring consistency in access configuration.
This option is ideal when it is necessary to create a new group with similar or expanded permissions compared to an already configured group.The information parameterized in the Screens, Access by record and Commercialization tabs are replicated automatically. The data from the Basic information, Access IPs and Users tabs must be configured manually after duplication and before saving the new group.
Screens
This Tab includes permission settings for all system pages. Permissions can be assigned in the following ways:
- Individually - from the User registration;
- In Group - in scenarios where multiple users have the same permissions within the SimpleFarm system.
Access IPs
This tab enables the registration of Access IPs specifically for each group. To register:
- Click on the + Add button;
- Fill in the presented modal;
- Click on Save.
Access by Record
The Access By Record tab has the function of filtering what type of information the user will have access to, in addition to previously assigned permissions (view/create/edit/delete records per screen).
Example:
By production unit- when applying the filter (Access by Record) of the Production Unit to all screens the user has access to, they will manipulate only data referring to the Production Unit selected in the configuration. In practice, considering the permission and use of the Pesagem (BAL0105) page, the user will be limited to manipulating only tickets from the corresponding Production Unit.
Users
This tab presents the list of users added to the group, so that it can be verified whether they are active, or for user deletion/addition. All permissions and parameterizations assigned to the respective group will be directed to the users added to this tab.
Commercialization
This tab allows the configuration of limit percentages for the approval of certification and authorization of weight and quality, such information is directed to the Commercialization module.
Important
Whenever a weighing is saved with a divergence between equipment and team, the system sends an automatic notification to users belonging to a specific group. The message details the data involved in the divergence, and is sent both via the Simple Farm system and by email. This feature ensures traceability and visibility over situations that require operational attention.
