AGR0087 - Production Work Log

The Labor Production Work Logs screen is one of the main screens of the module. From this screen, work logs of activities performed by rural employees are recorded, which need to have their production controlled for production valuation and payroll composition or even for cost composition of activities and crop production, through the allocation of worked hours.

From the work logs recorded on this screen, the module routines retrieve their information to perform valuation and consolidation of data to then be integrated into the ERP and used in the composition of employee payrolls.

Important

The labor production work logs, performed through this screen or mobility, are essential for the execution of the module’s production routine, executed through the AGR0226 - Executar Rotinas screen. This production routine is the basis for generating the other module routines, such as absence routines, salary supplement, extra production, holiday and DSR, with the information generated through these routines being essential for generating employee payroll, after the data is integrated into the ERPs.

What can you do?

Register Work Logs
  1. Access the menu Agricultural > Labor > Production Work Log (AGR0087);

  2. Click on Add ;

  3. To register, you need to fill in the fields:

    • Production Unit : mandatory field, searches information from the ADM0012 - Unidade Produtora screen registration. The information entered in this field will be used as a filter for the Service Order field. The information in this field will also be used to search the price formation, as registered on the AGR0227 - Formação de Preço screen, for work log valuation;
    • Project : mandatory field, searches information from the AGR0013 - Projeto screen registration. The information entered in this field will be used as a filter for the Service Order field;
    • Period : mandatory field, searches information from the AGR0014 - Safra screen registration, in this case, filtering from the project and period link. The information entered in this field will be used as a filter for the Service Order field;
    • Service : options T (Piece Worker) OR M (Monthly Worker), by default this field is filled with the value T. The information in this field will be used as a filter in the Employee field, where the system will check registrations with the Employee Type defined as Piece Worker or Monthly Worker, through the ADM0025 - Funcionário screen records, payment parameters tab;
    • Code : work log code. Record generated automatically when the work log in question is saved or, when the record comes from mobility, it will be generated when the work log is integrated from the CMO0007 - Painel Mão de Obra Rurícola screen. On the initial grid of the AGR0087 screen, the code in question is presented through the Document column and can be used as a filter;
    • Work log date : mandatory field, by default, the field is automatically filled with the current date. Used as a reference for the execution date of the service/work log in question. It will be used in some system validations, such as the lock of worked hours per day per employee;
    • Service Order : mandatory field. The system will display in this field only the service orders filtered through the production unit, project and period information entered previously. The information from the SO entered in this field will be used to fill in the following fields of the screen, specifically the fields referring to locations and the fields referring to the process tree (Process, Subprocess, Operation Group and Operation);
    • Location : mandatory field, the system will display the location divisions, according to the customer registration performed on the ADM0001 - Gerais screen. The fields and nomenclatures can also be changed according to the Location Type entered in the SO. For the fields in question, the system will search from the location link performed in the service order entered previously. If at the location level there is only one option, the system will present the respective field filled in automatically, when there is more than one option, the user must select the necessary location for work log through the respective level search;
    • Process : mandatory fields. The system will search the appropriate PSGO entered in the service order entered previously. When there is only one information in the respective level of the Process Tree, the system will present the appropriate field filled in automatically, when there is more than one option, the user must select the necessary entity for work log through the respective level search:
      • Process ;
      • Subprocess ;
      • Operation Group ;
      • Operation : the information in the Operation field will be used to search the price formation, as registered on the AGR0227 - Formação de Preço screen, for work log valuation;
    • Unit of Measure : mandatory field. The system will display in this field only the units of measure linked to the operation entered previously on the screen, according to the registration performed on the ADM0041 - Operação screen. The field information will be used to search the price formation, as registered on the AGR0227 - Formação de Preço screen, for work log valuation;
    • Valuation Table : mandatory field, searches information from the AGR0085 - Tabela de Valorização screen registration. Commonly filled in automatically with the appropriate valuation table entered in the price formation found from filling in the fields production unit - Operation - Unit of Measure. If the Price Formation search returns more than one table, the user will need to select the necessary item through the appropriate search. The valuation table selected in this field will be reflected in the price ranges presented in the following field;
    • Price Range : mandatory field, will define the value of the Price field that will be used in the valuation of the work log in question. If the valuation table, filled in the previous field and registered on the AGR0085 - Tabela de Valorização screen, only has one price range, the system will present the field filled in automatically. If the table has more than one price range registered, the system will perform the following checks:
      • If the registered price ranges have the same description, the system will bring in this field the range with the most recent start date.
      • If the ranges have different descriptions, the system will present all options in the search for manual user selection. If there are still identical descriptions among the price ranges, the system will check those with the most recent start date and will present them in the appropriate field.
      • If there are ranges with the same description and the same start date, the system will present all of these for selection in the appropriate field on the AGR0087 screen.
    • Price : field filled in automatically when a price range is selected in the previous field. The system will display in this field the value entered in the registration of the appropriate Tabela de Valorização (AGR0085) and price range defined at the time of the work log;
    • Team : field used as a filter for the employee field. The system searches information from the registration performed on the ADM0048 - Equipe screen, presenting in this field only agricultural teams;
    • Employee : mandatory field. The system searches from the ADM0025 - Funcionário screen registration and checks the team and service entered previously on the screen as a filter for the employees that will be displayed for selection. Currently on this screen, it is only possible to log work individually for employees;
    • Quantity : mandatory field. Refers to the production that the appropriate employee will have for the date, location, operation and unit of measure in question. From the logged quantity, and the value defined through the price range, the system will generate the total value of the work log for the employee. When logging this field, the system will check the operation parameterization, defined on the AGR0228 - Parâmetros de Operações screen. If it is defined in this parameterization that it will not be allowed to extrapolate the quantity to values below the minimum or above the maximum, when clicking the Save button on the screen, the system will validate all work logs and, if there is any that is not within the defined limit, a warning icon will be displayed on the work log in question, requiring the user to adjust the logged quantity to complete the process;
    • Worked Hours : mandatory field. Informs the number of hours that the employee worked on the appropriate date, location and operation in question in the work log. The field is filled in decimal hours format and, by default, it is not possible to enter more than 24 hours for the same employee on the day. If necessary, it is possible to define a lower limit of hours, from a parameter present on the ADM0088 - Parâmetros screen - TimeLimitForDailyAppointment: Time limit for daily work log;
    • Button + : after completing the insertion of all values described in the previous fields, the user needs to click this button so that the work log in question is inserted into the grid present at the bottom of the screen. At this moment, the system, in addition to forwarding the work log of the appropriate employee to the grid, the Employee, Quantity and Hours fields are cleared, allowing the user to log new work with the same basic information as before;
    • Button Clear : if it is necessary to clear all fields on the screen, except for data already entered in the grid, the user can click this button and then enter the new work log information;
  4. After logging work on the screen, the system displays the logged items in the grid present at the bottom of the screen. In this grid, in addition to some basic information, to facilitate identification of work logs, the system displays the Total column, in which the total value of the work log for the employee is generated, in this case, multiplying the logged quantity by the price defined through the appropriate price range. From this grid, it is possible to click on items to edit them or even delete them.

  5. Click the Save button.

View additional work log information
  1. In the main view of the AGR0087 screen, the system displays some columns with additional information to the work log, in this case, the origin column, the column identifying whether the work log has already been consolidated and the Batch column.
    • Origin: will identify whether the work logs were performed through the AGR0087 screen in SimpleFarm (Web) or through the SimpleFarm Mobile application (Mobile).
    • Processing: the column with consolidation information is displayed by default before the symbol to view the work logs. When the gear symbol of the work log is in gray color, it means that the work log in question was not considered in any processing batch of the Labor module production routine (executed through the AGR0226 - Executar Rotinas screen) and, in this case, has not been consolidated yet. When the gear is in green color, it means that the work log in question has already been considered in some production routine processing batch and, in this case, is consolidated. For already consolidated work logs, it is not possible to edit them until the production processing batch to which they are linked is deleted. Consolidated work logs, by default, are considered in the Labor module reports and dashboards, while unprocessed work logs can only be viewed through the AGR0087 screen.
    • Batch: will display, for consolidated work logs, the processing batch of the module’s production routine, in which the work log in question was considered. The user can check the information of this batch through the AGR0225 - Manutenção de Cálculos screen.
Define Parameters

The parameters described below change the layout and/or validations and features of the AGR0087 screen, these are found on the ADM0088 - Parâmetros screen, grouping Mão-de-obra:

  • PayDisplayValueRangeThirdParty | Inform value range in labor work log: when active, on the AGR0087 screen and in Mobile SimpleFarm, Labor module, the system displays the Price Range field, allowing the user to select the necessary range, if there is more than one possible range in the Tabela de Valorização. In general, it is recommended to use this parameter so that at the time of work log the selection is confirmed by the user.
  • PgtRequiredPeriodLabourEntry | Start date and end date required in hours work log: when active, on the AGR0087 screen, the Work Log Date field starts to display the Start Date and End Date fields, and these will be considered to automatically display the employee’s worked hours.
  • PgtRequiredWorkOrderLabourEntry | Work order required in hours work log: when disabled, the Work Order field becomes optional on the AGR0087 screen. Using the system with this parameter disabled is not recommended, as it opens gaps for work log errors, especially in the selection of locations and operations.
  • EnableQuantityLockJustificationAndMobileParam | Activates justification for Quantity Lock and Mobile functionality: when active, on the AGR0087 work log screen, the system starts to allow inserting a justification for work logs that exceed the quantity (minimum or maximum) defined in the parameterization of the operation in question (AGR0228 - Parâmetros de Operações), in this case, allowing to finalize the work log, even though the quantity exceeds the defined limits.
  • EnableTeamParameter | Enable team in price formation: when active, it becomes mandatory to inform a team in price formations, registered through the AGR0227 - Formação de Preço screen. In this scenario, on the work log screen, the system starts to display a Team field which must be informed before the system searches for the appropriate valuation table from the registered formation. The Team field, present in the work log details, becomes informative only, searching for the team informed in the previous field for filling.
  • TimeLimitForDailyAppointment | Hour Limit for Daily Work Log: when a value greater than zero is informed in this parameter, in the work log performed through the AGR0087 screen, the system will block work logs of employees that exceed this established daily limit. For this validation, the system will perform the sum of hours logged for the employee on the day.
  • CheckProductionRecordsByFieldMeasurement | Check production work logs by field measurement (Available only when the Parameter Activate facilitator, allow work log of multiple locations is disabled): when active, the system starts to consider the area made available in the Work Order (AGR0090 - Painel Gráfico de Ordem de Serviço), for the work log location informed on the AGR0087 screen. In this scenario, for work logs with units of measurement that consume area (Hectares, Meters and Square meters), the system will validate if the sum of the area logged for the location will exceed the available balance. If the logged area exceeds the limit, it will be necessary to adjust the work logs to proceed with the process.
  • FacilitatorAllowAppointmentMultipleLocations | Activate facilitator, allow work log of multiple locations (Available only when the Parameter Check production work logs by field measurement is disabled): when activated, on the AGR0087 screen and in Mobile SimpleFarm, in the Labor module, this functionality allows informing the locations without the need to fill in to the last level. In this case, the system automatically performs the apportionment of the quantity and hours recorded at the time of work log, based on the area of the locations (plots) in the selected WO. This generates a work log per location (last level), reflecting the quantities and hours according to the apportionment performed. The objective of this functionality is to facilitate work log in the module in situations where the task and/or the control level per location are not demanding.
