Time Structure
The time structure is an essential component for the organization, planning, and analysis of agricultural activities, as it delimits the productive cycles of crops and the processes carried out in the context of a company. It is composed of three main elements: Agricultural Year, Project, and Harvest. This structure meets both the concepts of the ERP system and the specific needs of the agricultural area.
Time structures are essential for the organization of productive processes, referring to the “When” stage, that is: at what moment the activities will be carried out, enabling the correct generation of final reports, and the divisions of time for work and production information.

It is important to note that in clients who will use the system in a hybrid way, the harvests need to fit within a period of 12 months, that is, within the start and end period of the agricultural year.
