Work Order

It is the formalization and documentation of agricultural operations, functioning as an official record of activities carried out in the field, from soil preparation to weighing. Each W.O. clearly details where, when, who and which actions will be executed, allowing the monitoring and control of all productive stages, such as planting, pest management, irrigation and application of agricultural inputs. The W.O. can be adapted to the specific needs of rural properties, ensuring the organization, validation and integration of information with the ERP system, in addition to ensuring traceability, security and operational efficiency of agribusiness.

The production of an agricultural product is carried out through various operational activities. For example, for the product SOYBEANS in GRAINS to be produced, we need to perform, in summary, the following activity stages:

These operational activities are organized in what we call the Process Tree registered on the ADM0043 screen, and they have a correct order of execution, and for each crop a determined time to perform each of the activities.

Therefore, for activities to occur correctly and efficiently, this work is planned, carried out and documented through WORK ORDERS.

Thus, a work order is a document to detail the activities to be carried out, this detailing will be at the level of all GAtec dimensions, being them of TIME, LOCATION and ACTIVITY.

The configuration of these orders will be done on the screens of this submenu, as they can have different types, different configurations for each group of activities, validations, approvals among other purposes.
