Work Order Status

A work order can have the following statuses, from its opening to its closure:

Registration in Progress : means that the Work Order is in a status prior to Open. In this status it is not possible to make any type of movement with the Work Order (work logs, mechanization reports, integrations, etc.). The Registration in Progress status will be assigned only to Work Orders that entered the Approval Sequence flow;
Awaiting Approval : means that the Work Order is in a status after Registration in Progress and before Open. In this status the Work Order will be completely blocked for editing and will await Approval, Rejection or Cancellation by a responsible party. The Awaiting Approval status will be assigned only to Work Orders that entered the Approval Sequence flow;
Open : means that the Work Order is open and functional within the system. In this status it is possible to edit, add and/or delete some fields;
Cancelled: this status is possible from cancellation after the rejection of the WO, in the approval sequence flow, or by clicking cancel, and to perform this action the WO cannot have work logs. In addition, once cancelled it is not possible to return to open;
Closed: means that the Work Order has been finalized. In this status the Work Order will be completely blocked for editing;
