AGR0095 - Timesheet

The Timesheet register aims to record labor work logs and/or hour/machine work logs (Equipment or Implements) performed in a period. After posting and approval of the respective work logs, the information can be integrated with the ERP.

What can you do?

Register Timesheet
  1. Access the menu Agricultural > Service Order > Timesheet (AGR0095);

  2. The grid presents a summary of information from the work log performed:

    • Code : work log code;
    • Producing Unit : description of the producing unit where the work log was performed;
    • Division : code and description of divi 1;
    • Region : code and description of divi 2;
    • Approval status : work log status;
      • In preparation: the work log is being performed and has not been finalized yet;
      • Pending manager approval: register was sent to the responsible manager and is awaiting approval;
      • Pending approval: the register was sent and is awaiting approval;
      • Disapproved: the work log was rejected;
      • Approved: the work log was approved by the responsible;
    • Note ;
    • User : user who performed the work log;
    • Last update : date of the last record movement;

    In addition, the screen has buttons with the following actions:

    • Print : the system generates a report for printing;
    • Export : the system generates an excel spreadsheet;
