ADM0052 - User

The regular user will have access only to the screens for which they receive permission. These permissions can be:

• Assigned individually;
• Inherited from a user group (ADM0053).

The super user has total and unrestricted access to all screens and system resources. They can view, create, edit and delete information in any area — except in specific cases that require specific parameterization to allow manipulation of certain records.

To register a user access the Users menu, click on User Registration and then:

1. Fill in the basic information of the new user:

   • First and Last Name ;

   • Email ;

   • Username;

   • Language .

2. Define the user type (Regular or Super User);

3. Click on Save to complete the registration.

In the Screens tab, all system screens will be available to allow specific access per User. This way, there is the possibility to assign permission on the screens and specifically on their actions, such as View, Create, Edit, Delete and Total:

• In the View function the user will be able to only access the screen to view existing information;
• In the Create function, the screen can be accessed and a registration can be added if applicable;
• In the Edit function, the user will be able to edit records already existing in the system;
• In the Delete function, the user will be able to delete existing records;
• And, finally, the Total function allows permission for the user to perform all previous functions;
• Click on Save .

The Access By Record tab has the function of filtering what type of information the user will have access to, in addition to previously assigned permissions (view/create/edit/delete records per screen).

Example:

By production unit: when applying the filter (Access by Record) of the Production Unit to all screens the user has access to, they will manipulate only the data referring to the Production Unit selected in the configuration. In practice, considering the permission and use of the Pesagem (BAL0105) page, the user will be limited to manipulating only the tickets of the corresponding Production Unit.

The Access by Attribute tab presents three parameters that can be activated through prior configuration:

Enable manual weighing: to use this feature, access the Parameters screen Parâmetros (ADM0088), and activate the parameter EnableManualWeighingControlPerUser | Enable manual weighing control per user. After this step, the users who will perform manual weighings need to have the corresponding parameter activated in the “Access by Attribute” tab of this screen.

Allow Closing, Reopening and/or Cancellation of WO: this marker should come by default inactive and should only appear available for editing if in the Unidades Produtoras - ADM0012 registration there is at least one Unit with active Parameter, otherwise, this marker should remain blocked for editing. When the general marker is active, three markers should be activated automatically: Closing, Reopening and Cancellation, each of these being responsible for allowing the respective processes to be performed on the Painel Gráfico de Ordem de Serviço AGR0090 screen. When the general marker and the three that define the process are active, the system will display a grid on the screen for each definition of permissions for each type of Process (Closing, Reopening and Cancellation) of the WO.

Allow editing of approved work orders: to enable this functionality, access the Parameters screen Parâmetros (ADM0088), and activate the parameter Enable Approval Authority for Work Orders. Then, the users who will edit approved work orders AGR0090, must have the corresponding parameter activated in the “Access by Attribute” tab of this screen.

Allow Weighing with Divergence Between Equipment and Team: allows the user to finalize a weighing even if there is a divergence between the equipment owner and the supplier linked to the team. The system issues an informative alert and the user can choose to correct the data or proceed with saving.
