AGR0230 - Sick Leaves
This screen is designed to register employee sick leaves and includes a grid with the employee name, event, sick leave period, and the amount, if it exists.
It can be registered in two ways:
- Integration: the screen will receive information via integration with the ERP, which is more common;
- Manually: you need to click on the Add button and the system directs to another screen where you will need to complete some fields to insert a record.
Important
This screen will be used in the standard labor absences routine, on the Executar Rotinas (AGR0226) screen.
What can you do?
- Access the menu Agricultural > Labor > Sick Leaves (AGR0230);
- To register sick leaves click on Add and fill in the following fields:
- Employee : it is a mandatory field and must be filled with the employee name, information retrieved from the employee registration, according to the Funcionário (ADM0025) screen;
- Event : it is a mandatory field and must be filled with the event, this information is retrieved from the events registration, on the Eventos (AGR0231) screen;
- Start Date : mandatory field and must be filled with the employee sick leave start date;
- End Date : mandatory field and must be filled with the employee sick leave end date;
- Amount : non-mandatory field to insert the monetary value that will be necessary to pay or deduct from the employee, currently this field is informational only;
- Employee : it is a mandatory field and must be filled with the employee name, information retrieved from the employee registration, according to the Funcionário (ADM0025) screen;
- Click on Save to register the registration.
