AGR0161 - Work Log Approval
The AGR0161 page (Work Log Approval) is intended for Queries or Edits of the permissions granted for editing records on the Apontamento Dinâmicos (AGR0165) page.
Important
The query and editing of Work Log Approval (AGR0161) records depend on the parameterization performed in the Ficha de Monitoramento (AGR0109) registration and the access request made in the Apontamentos Dinâmicos (AGR0165) page record.
What can you do?
Query or Edit a record
- Access the menu Agricultural > Monitoring > Work Log Approval (AGR0161);
- When querying a record, it is possible to edit the fields:
- End Date: this field represents the deadline until when a Dynamic Work Log can be edited;
- Blocked : represented by a , this field identifies whether the editing permission was granted or not. When checked (True), it means the edit request was denied. When unchecked (False), it means the edit request was accepted;
- Block When Edited: represented by a , this field identifies whether the permission will be canceled after the first edit. When checked (True), it means that after the first edit of the Dynamic Work Log (edit and save the page) the user will no longer have editing permission. When unchecked (False), it means the user can perform as many edits as necessary on the Dynamic Work Log within the stipulated time range (Start Date and End Date);
- During the query of a record some fields are blocked (query only):
- Monitoring Sheet: identification of the Ficha de Monitoramento (AGR0109) corresponding to the Apontamento Dinâmico (AGR0165);
- Dynamic Work Log: Apontamento Dinâmico (AGR0165) record for which editing permission was requested;
- Start Date: the editing permission for a Dynamic Work Log is granted within a stipulated period of time. Therefore, this field retrieves the information of the beginning of the editing release;
- Requester: identification of the user who made the request;
- Reason: justification of why it is necessary to edit the Dynamic Work Log. This information is also retrieved from the request;
- Audit: listing with all changes made to the Dynamic Work Log, including previous value and current value;
- Click on Save .
Parameterize the Monitoring Sheet (AGR0109)
- In order to be able to request editing permission for a Dynamic Work Log and, consequently, query the granted and denied permissions on the Work Log Approval page (AGR0161), it is necessary to parameterize the Ficha de Monitoramento (AGR0109) during its registration:
- In the basic information tab, the Enable Release Control must be checked, which aims to send a notification to all users configured in the Users and/or Groups with Permission for Release tab, so that they approve or reject any request for editing permission on the Apontamentos Dinâmicos (AGR0165) page.
- Once the parameterization is complete, it will be possible to click on Request access and the editing of the record on the Apontamentos Dinâmicos (AGR0165) page will be enabled.
- Finally, all users who have permission to approve or reject requests (Ficha de Monitoramento (AGR0109) > Users and/or Groups with Permission for Release) will receive a notification about the edit request. The request can be approved or rejected based on the Bloqueado e Bloquear quando editado fields.
- Click on Save .
