ADM0082 - Holiday Group
Holiday Groups are holiday categories created to facilitate the organization and management of companies or teams. Each group created will include the relevant holidays for the region. To create holiday groups, it is necessary to register the holiday on the ADM0081 - Feriado screen.
What can you do?
Initial Registration
Register Holiday Group
To register a Holiday Group, access - SimpleFarm > Administration Menu > Master Data > Holiday Group and then:
- Enter a Description;
- Enter an Abbreviation;
- Enter a State : in cases of national holiday groups, the State field should not be filled in. But if it is state-level, the field will bring the cities registered on the ADM0003 - Estado screen for selection;
- Enter a City : in cases of national and state holiday groups, the City field should not be filled in. But if it is municipal, the field will bring the cities registered on the ADM0004 - Cidade screen for selection;
- Enter the Holidays: the holidays available for selection are those registered on the ADM0081 - Feriado screen;
- Click on Save.
