AGR0265 - Responsible Agronomist
The objective is to register the agronomist who will be responsible for the agronomic prescriptions, which are generated through a service order, on the Painel Gráfico de Ordem de Serviço (AGR0090) screen and can be edited on the Receituário Agronômico (AGR0267) screen.
What can you do?
Register Responsible Agronomist
- Access the menu Agricultural > Agronomic Prescription > Responsible Agronomist (AGR0265);
- Click on Add ;
- To perform the registration it is necessary to fill in the fields:
- Code: insert the agronomist’s code, it is a mandatory field;
- Name: insert the agronomist’s name, it is a mandatory field;
- Issuing Location: insert the issuing location, it is a mandatory field;
- Active :it is a selection field that, when active, determines that this agronomist’s registration is active;
- Employee : the mandatory nature of this field depends on the parameter ADM0088 > Agricola - Funcionário obrigatório no cadastro do agrônomo. If the parameter is inactive, the field will not be mandatory. If the parameter is active, then filling in the employee field will be mandatory. This field will bring the registration from the ADM0025 - Funcionário screen to be selected, and the employees that are active for selection.
- Once the employee has been deactivated, and they were associated with an agronomist, the agronomist will be deactivated as well.
- Image : it is possible to insert an image, such as a photo of the agronomist. This action is optional.
- After saving the registration, the system makes available a tab with the title Document. In this tab it is possible to insert the documents registered on the Tipo de Documento (ADM0005) screen.
Parameterize Subprocesses
- When registering a new responsible agronomist, the subprocess will be available for association together with the production unit.
- When adding or editing the Production Unit settings, a window will be displayed that allows the selection of subprocesses. The choice can be multiple and is not mandatory.
- The same subprocess and production unit (if parameterized) cannot be parameterized in more than one responsible agronomist.
Define Parameters
- Mandatory document 1 for the responsible agronomist: it is possible to choose the type of document that will be mandatory in the agronomist’s registration, if the parameter is filled in, the chosen document becomes mandatory;
- Mandatory document 2 for the responsible agronomist: it is possible to choose the type of document that will be mandatory in the agronomist’s registration, if the parameter is filled in, the chosen document becomes mandatory;
- Both are on the Parâmetros (ADM0088) screen.
