ADM0013 - Code Model Settings
This screen aims to standardize the generation of codes for Service Orders created by the Painel Gráfico de Ordem de Serviço (AGR0090) module. Through this configuration, it is possible to define the number of digits in the sequential coding of the SO, establish custom prefixes based on system entities such as the Production Unit or the codes of the customer environment’s location levels, and configure code generation separately for Agricultural SO and SO for Other Locations. This standardization ensures organization, traceability, and consistency in the control of Service Orders within the system.
What can you do?
Initial Registration
To modify a code in the cost center registration, access - SimpleFarm > Administration Menu > Administrative Structures > Code Model Settings and then:
- Select a Prefix: Agricultural;
- Select a Prefix: Other Locations;
- Select a Prefix Usage;
- Parameter Block code on Service Order screen AGR0090: when active, the SO coding field on AGR0090 will be blocked for editing, respecting only the code formatting defined on this screen;
- Click on Save.
