AGR0228 - Operations Parameter
Specific screen of the Rural Workforce module, is used to define the Quantities (Minimum and Maximum) that determines Operation and Unit of Measure can have for a production work log. In this scenario, this register can be used as a lock for the performance of Production Work Logs of employees within the Workforce module.
The register is mandatory for using Operations in the module, in this case, by Production Unit, Operation and Unit of Measure it is necessary to have at least one register to perform the Production Work Log through the AGR0087 - Apontamento de Produção screen or the SimpleFarm Mobility - Workforce.
Although the register is mandatory, the work log lock feature only occurs when the Lock Value selection fields are active for the appropriate parameterization, and can still be defined for Maximum values and/or Minimum values.
What can you do?
- Access the menu Agricultural > Workforce > Operations Parameters (AGR0228);
- To perform the registration it is necessary to fill in the fields:
- Production Unit : mandatory field. Refers to the Production Unit that the appropriate Operation parameterization will be used;
- Operation : mandatory field. Refers to the Operation that will be parameterized for use in Workforce work logs. Searches information from the Operação (ADM0041) screen register;
- Unit of Measure : mandatory field. Refers to the Unit of Measure of the Operation that will be parameterized for use in Workforce work logs. Searches information from the Operação (ADM0041) screen register, presenting in the field in question only the Units of Measure previously linked to the Operation register;
- Start of Validity : mandatory field. Refers to the reference date for starting to use the register through the Workforce module work logs;
- Minimum Quantity : mandatory field. Refers to the minimum quantity that a work log must have for that Operation and Unit of Measure;
- Lock Lower Value : selection field that by default is unchecked. When active, in the module work logs, the system will validate the logged value in relation to the value defined in the register;
- Maximum Quantity : mandatory field. Refers to the maximum quantity that a work log must have for that Operation and Unit of Measure.
- Lock Higher Value : selection field that by default is unchecked. When active, in the module work logs, the system will validate the logged value in relation to the value defined in the register;
- Button + : upon completing the filling of the fields described above, the user must click this button so that the appropriate register moves to the grid at the bottom of the screen, clearing the fields and allowing a new registration;
- Click on Save ;
- For these items, the records can be maintained by editing or adding a new register for a new validity of the parameterization in question.
- When the parameter EnableQuantityLockJustificationAndMobileParam - Activates justification for Quantity Lock and Mobile functionality, is active on the ADM0088 - Mão-de-obra screen, the quantity lock feature starts to allow the insertion of justification for work logs that exceed the quantity defined in the parameterization, allowing to proceed with the work log in question without changing the logged quantity.
