AGR0209 - Agricultural Service Order Template

Access the menu Agricultural > Service Order > Agricultural Service Order Template (AGR0209);

To register it is necessary to fill in the fields:

• Code: the field must be unique, alphanumeric and filling is mandatory;
• Description: the field must be unique, alphanumeric and filling is mandatory;
• Active: to be able to use the template to open a service order, it is necessary to activate the Active checkbox;
• Location Type: the expansion section provides the options of Agricultural, Others and Water Resources, being mandatory to choose one;
• Producing Unit: a producing unit can be inserted, previously registered in Unidade Produtora (ADM0012), and filling is optional;
• Project: a project can be inserted, previously registered in Projeto (AGR0013), and filling is optional;
• Crop: a crop can be inserted, previously registered in the Safra (AGR0014) screen, and filling is optional;
• Service Order Type: a service order type must be inserted, previously registered in Tipo de Ordem de Serviço (AGR0046), and filling is mandatory;
• S.O. Responsible: an employee can be inserted, previously registered in the Funcionário (ADM0025) screen, and filling is optional;
• Team: a team can be inserted, previously registered in the Equipe (ADM0048) screen, and filling is optional;
• Culture: a culture can be inserted, previously registered in the Cultura (AGR0035) screen, and filling is optional;

When selecting a Service Order Type that is Planting or Harvest, different fields will be included:

• In Planting, the Planting Type field will search for information in Tipo de Plantio (AGR0044);
• In the Variety field, it will search for information from the Variedade (AGR0039) screen and the Spacing field will search for information from the Espaçamento (AGR0040) screen;
• In Harvest , the add field is optional and will be Purpose which will search for information from the Finalidade (AGR0047) screen.

When saving the service order template, it will be possible to select operations that will be part of the template. This selection is optional and will be the basis for using the Resources tab.

When saving the Basic Information tab, the system will open a tab called Resources:

• Click on the + option to link the operations, if selected, to the items.
• The items come from the registered Item (ADM0034) screen and can be selected and dosed, optionally.
