Irrigation Service Orders
Irrigation service orders (ISO) can be of two types:
-
Irrigation - does not consume information from the Irrigation Projects Tree, the selection of locations follows the standard Simple Farm flow, and the Daily Reports do not see the equipment allocation.
-
Irrigation with Project - consumes information from the Irrigation Projects Tree (AP), seeing the infrastructure, water resources and agricultural areas associated with the irrigation projects; the selection of locations is done through the AP, the Daily Reports observe the equipment allocation and the volumes generated in the operation are accumulated in the project locations.
To create an ISO, use the (AGR0090 - Painel Grafico da Ordem de Serviço) screen. The ISOs are modulated according to the type and infrastructure (AP), having three basic versions:
- Irrigation without project;
- Irrigation with project and mobile irrigation command area;
- Irrigation with project and fixed irrigation command area.
What can you do?
The opening process of ISOs without project follows the SimpleFarm standard. The first difference arises in filling out the “Irrigation” tab, which determines the source of the water resource, the number of men (team size), the irrigation operation, the irrigation item and the blades to be applied.
After clicking on the mass fill button, indicated in the upper right corner of the screen by the icon ✨ , select the field to be filled, define the value, send the value to the change list and apply the changes from the list— after this step, all blades in the grid will assume the value defined on this screen.
The last step for editing the ISO is adding secondary operations, such as vinasse transport and hose stretching of the self-propelled reel. The irrigation operation, previously selected, is already marked. You can insert as many secondary operations as necessary.
For irrigation service orders with project, select the sectors to be irrigated through the irrigation projects tree. The selection of sectors to be irrigated in ISOs with project, and the related agricultural areas are displayed in the grid to the right of the irrigation projects tree.
For irrigation with project with mobile systems, inform the flow rate, and the number of men in the irrigation tab. The allocated flow rate is used in the estimate of productive hours to perform the ISO. The other procedures for the ISO with project are identical to those of the ISO without project.
Important:
In the fixed irrigation tab, where you select the source, among those registered for the project, operation and item; the flow rate is determined by the sum of the motor pumps allocated in the node that serves this command area and the yield is determined by the application rate of the allocated irrigation system—also used in the calculation of the operation time estimate. Other fields are filled in as those of the ISO without project. For the irrigation ISO with project, in command areas with fixed irrigation, the areas of each location cannot be edited for partial execution. When the command area has mobile irrigation types, you can change the areas for partial execution, using the same standard procedure for changing the SO areas.
When logging the service order, inform the realized area for irrigation SO without project, and with project for mobile systems. This area will be used to prorate the volumes generated by the irrigation reports among the areas. It is not necessary to make entries in the ISO with project for fixed systems, as this area is already implicit in the report. The start of the entry and editing of areas for the ISO without project follows the SimpleFarm standard.
For irrigation with project SOs, the entry process starts in the locations tab, informing the realized areas. If the realized area is equal to the area planned in the opening of the ISO, it is not necessary to edit this tab.
In the locations tab, when logging the ISO, the area balance column shows the sum of areas from previous entries, and the irrigated area, which corresponds to the area of this entry. To edit the area of a plot, click on the pencil in the grid. In the plot area editing, after informing the realized area, you must confirm the change. If one of the plots was not irrigated, you can delete it by clicking on the “x” present in the grid. Finishing the area editing, click on the save button, completing the entry. After the area entry, you can view the consolidated data at the ISO level in the “Irrigation” tab.
