ADM0011 - Pole
This screen is designed to group and standardize Measurement Unit data according to a regional organization linked to the Production Unit. With these definitions, the system seeks to ensure consistency in the measurement of generated data and uniformity in the records and processes that depend on these units. The Pole Registration is used to configure essential parameters for the Production Unit, such as:
- Scale measurement unit;
- Standard linear measurement;
- Agricultural unit;
- Measurements of various products;
- Automatic conversions (for example, from hectares to square meters).
This standardization allows SimpleFarm to maintain integration and consistency in calculations, reports and movements, ensuring precision and efficiency in agroindustrial management.
What can you do?
Initial Registration
To register a pole access - SimpleFarm > Administration Menu > Administrative Structures > Pole and then:
- Click on the + Add button;
- Enter a Group Name;
- Enter an Abbreviation;
- Fill in all fields of the Control Unit, which are mandatory;
- Fill in (as needed) the Structure Types and Measurement Unit fields;
- Click on Save.
Important
It is necessary to enter at least one Pole inside a record, creating a “General Pole” if the client does not have distinct poles. The Pole cannot be used in more than one Production Unit, and the Production Unit cannot use more than one Pole. The filling of this screen should occur after the Company registration on the ADM0010 - Empresa screen, and before the Production Unit registration on the ADM0012 - Unidade Produtora screen.
