ADM0094 - External Driver

To register an external driver, access - SimpleFarm > Administration Menu > Master Data > External Driver and then:

1. Enter a Code: numeric field with CPF document format when the ADM0088 - RemoveMandatoryExternalDriverFields | Retirar a obrigatoriedade dos campos da tela ADM0094 - Motorista Externo parameter is active. The field remains mandatory regardless of the parameter state, as its requirement is not linked to it.
2. Enter a Name: the field has no link to the previously mentioned parameter and remains mandatory when active or deactivated.
3. Enter a Phone;
4. Enter a Mobile;
5. Enter a Customer/Supplier;
6. Enter a Country;
7. Enter a State;
8. Enter a City;
9. Enter an Address;
10. Enter a Note;
11. Check the Active field to use the registration on other system screens;
12. Click on Save.

This tab aims to link documents to the external driver, using the masks registered on the ADM0005 - Tipo de Documento screen. To link a Document:

1. Enter a Document Type;
2. Enter a Value;
3. Click on Save.

When the ADM0088 - RemoveMandatoryExternalDriverFields | Retirar a obrigatoriedade dos campos da tela ADM0094 - Motorista Externo parameter is active, the phone, mobile,country,state, city and address fields will no longer be mandatory in the registration. On the other hand, when the parameter is deactivated, the screen will maintain the current behavior, requiring these fields to be filled in. It is important to note that the Code and Name fields are not affected by this parameter, remaining mandatory regardless of its activation or deactivation.
