AGR0189 - Crop Transition
Agricultural production is carried out in periods, both for annual crops, where each period represents the complete cycle of a different crop, and for perennial crops, where each period represents a complete cycle of the same crop.
This transition between periods is performed on the Crop Transition screen (AGR0189), where it will be possible to plant a crop such as sugarcane in one period and transition to the next period to harvest. Or, harvest an annual crop and transition the period to another crop in the next period.
Important
The Org. Unit registered and with planting completed and finished on the Local (AGR0023) screen.
What can you do?
Register Crop Transition
- Access the menu Agricultural > Org. Unit Structure > Crop Transition (AGR0189);
- To register, you need to fill in the fields:
- Org. Unit Type: field intended to select the type of org. unit that will be transitioned, the options are Agricultural or Others;
- Producer Unit: enter the producer unit of the org. unit that will be transitioned, it is a mandatory field that retrieves the units registered on the Unidade Produtora (ADM0012) screen;
- Project: enter the period of the crop that will be transitioned, it is a mandatory field and presents as options the projects registered on the Estrutura de Tempo (AGR0013) screen;
- Crop Year (period): enter the period of the crop that will be transitioned, it is a mandatory field, and presents as options the periods registered on the Safra (AGR0014) screen that are linked to the project selected in the previous field;
- Crop: fill in with the crop that is planted in the org. unit that will be transitioned, this field is mandatory and presents the crops registered on the Cultura (AGR0035) screen;
- Org. Unit : section intended to fill in with the org. unit tree
- DIVI1: displays the description of divi 1, registered on the local (AGR0023) screen;
- DIVI2: displays the description of divi 2, registered on the local (AGR0023) screen;
- DIVI3: displays the description of divi 3, registered on the local (AGR0023) screen;
- DIVI4: displays the description of divi 4, registered on the local (AGR0023) screen;
- When the parameter Enable the use of Divisions in org. unit registration, in the linking process between crops is active, the field intended for division must be available for selection with the previously defined nomenclature.
- Mass crop assignment: selection field that enables the Target crop field, meaning the period will be transitioned to a different crop from the current one;
- Harvest Finished: selection field whose purpose is to filter org. units that had the harvest finished, meaning org. units with crop status equal to Closed;
- Attribute: section intended to filter which attribute is linked to the org. unit that will be transitioned;
- Condition or Selection: section intended for its function is to consider a condition in the Attribute filter, when the condition is selected:
- And :filters only the org. units within the chosen attribute;
- Not: filters all org. units except those in the validation attributes;
- Or: filters all org. units that are in attribute group A or group B for example;
- Target project: enter the project that will receive the transitioned crop, it is a mandatory field and presents as options the projects registered on the Estrutura de Tempo (AGR0013) screen;
- Target Crop Year: enter the crop year that will receive the transitioned crop, it is a mandatory field and presents as options the projects registered on the Estrutura de Tempo (AGR0013) screen;
- Target Crop: this field is only enabled when the Mass crop assignment selection field is active and in this case, fill in with the crop that will be planted in the org. unit that will be transitioned, this field is mandatory and presents the crops registered on the Cultura (AGR0035) screen;
- Filter Button: executes the search for org. units according to the information in the filled fields. When filtering, the screen will display the org. unit that will be transitioned. On this screen, it will be possible to change the New stage field by searching and selecting the stage and fill in the Planting selection fields, if planting is performed in the new period/project, and the Planting without history selection field;
- Execute Button: executes the transitions from origins to destinations, according to the information in the filled fields.
