AGR0017 - Rural Property
This registration centralizes the relevant data of government records of properties for use in the SimpleFarm system. Once these records are linked to the Locais (AGR0023) registration, the property transcends simple registration data and becomes a pillar of the company’s organizational and productive structure. In practice, it becomes the central unit for cost measurement, operation execution and results calculation.
What can you do?
Register Rural Property
- Access the menu Agricultural > Location Structure > Rural Property (AGR0017);
- Click on Add ;
- To perform the registration, it is necessary to fill in the following fields:
- Code : mandatory fill;
- Description: mandatory fill;
- Land owner : mandatory fill (comes from Cliente/Fornecedor – ADM0007 registration);
- Crop owner : mandatory fill (comes from Cliente/Fornecedor – ADM0007 registration);
- Type: mandatory fill (comes from Modalidade de Propriedade Rural – AGR0016 registration);
- Address: fields that should reflect the registration of the Property’s location in government agencies such as the National Rural Registry System (SNCR) and the Rural Environmental Registry (CAR);
- Marker Active ;
- In the Documents tab, additional data can be included in the registration such as numbering in government registries, for example the CAR;
- Click on Save to register the registration.
