ADM0057 - Reports

This screen aims to query the records and reports that will be used in the SimpleFarm system, according to their classifications. The reports depend on the registration of a database connection on the Connection (UTL0001 - Conexão) screen, in the Utilities module.

Execute the Initial Registration

To register a report, access - SimpleFarm > Administration Menu > Settings > Reports and then:

  1. Enter the Report Code;
  2. Enter the Name;
  3. Enter the Module corresponding to the report;
  4. Enter the Page Structure;
  5. Select the required main report file and after selection configure the filter type and report display form. Report files must be in .trdp or .trdx formats;
  6. Add sub-reports: after adding the main report file, it will be possible to add sub-report files (if necessary).
  7. Click Save.

In the Folder Structure and Module fields, there are predefined options, which represent the existing modules in the system.
