ADM0057 - Reports
This screen aims to query the records and reports that will be used in the SimpleFarm system, according to their classifications. The reports depend on the registration of a database connection on the Connection (UTL0001 - Conexão) screen, in the Utilities module.
What can you do?
Initial Registration
To register a report, access - SimpleFarm > Administration Menu > Settings > Reports and then:
- Enter the Report Code;
- Enter the Name;
- Enter the Module corresponding to the report;
- Enter the Page Structure;
- Select the required main report file and after selection configure the filter type and report display form. Report files must be in .trdp or .trdx formats;
- Add sub-reports: after adding the main report file, it will be possible to add sub-report files (if necessary).
- Click Save.
Important
In the Folder Structure and Module fields, there are predefined options, which represent the existing modules in the system. However, in the folder structure, the indication of options will occur after module selection, requiring a connection string registered on the Connection (UTL0001 - Conexão) screen, in the Utilities module.
Reports can be accessed through the main menu, in their respective modules and folders.
