Service Order: Planting / Replanting Type
The Service Order is the formalization (document) of a process that encompasses the Where, When, Who and What, that is, it consumes all the structural configurations performed/registered in the system.
In a practical way, the Service Order of Planting Type is the second Service Order to be directed to an area (Preparation > Planting > Cultural Treatments > Harvest), and consists of the process of adding seeds or seedlings to the soil with the objective of cultivating a certain crop. This process includes several steps, such as choosing seeds or seedlings, the planting itself and continuous care of the plants, which may include irrigation and other agricultural practices.
The Service Order of Replanting Type is directed to an area when there is no seed emergence, loss of seedlings due to rain or pest attacks in specific areas or total area. The system is configured to handle these scenarios, releasing a partial or total area for replanting through the Manutenção de Cultura (AGR0191).
The opening of the Service Order aims to formalize all the resources consumed/directed during the execution of a planting or replanting of a certain crop.
What can you do?
- To open a service order of planting type, mandatorily, the Status of the Plot must be Reserved for Crop. This Status can be achieved in two ways:
- When registering a new Plot on the AGR0023 (Local) page, selecting the Planting option Yes, available in the Crop tab of the Plot registration;
- When performing a Transição de Cultura (AGR0189) checking the Planting option;
- For it to be possible to open a Service Order of Replanting type, again, the Status of the Plot must be Reserved for Crop;
- Mandatorily, the Manutenção de Cultura (AGR0191) must have been performed, selecting the New Planting option;
