ADM0010 - Company
This screen allows the registration of company and branch, with data such as code, legal name, trade name, email, phone and additional information. In SimpleFarm, the Company represents the legal and fiscal entity, identified by the legal name and the CNPJ. This registration is the basis for the organization and integration of information in the system.
The parent company can have several branches, which in SimpleFarm generally correspond to the client’s farms. They are used in the ERP to control processes such as agricultural inputs consumption, production entry and service order work log. The Branch is a secondary unit, legally linked to the parent company, but with decentralized operational activity. This structure allows a segmented management of agroindustrial operations, promoting control and efficiency in integrated management.
What can you do?
Initial Registration
To register a company access - SimpleFarm > Administration Menu > Administrative Structures > Company > Add and then:
- Enter a Code;
- Enter a Legal Name;
- Enter a Trade Name;
- Enter an Email;
- Enter a Phone;
- Click on Save.
After creating the registration of a company, the insertions of document and branch related to it will occur. In the Branches tab it is possible to insert a branch within the registered company.
To register a branch access - SimpleFarm > Administration Menu > Administrative Structures > Company and then:
- Click on the Add Branch tab;
- Enter a Code;
- Enter a Legal Name;
- Enter a Trade Name;
- Enter an Email;
- Enter a Phone;
- Enter the Address;
- Click on Save.
To register a document access - SimpleFarm > Administration Menu > Administrative Structures > Company and then:
- Click on the Documents tab;
- Click on Add;
- Enter the Document;
- Click on Save.
Important
Documents can be associated for each branch, and depend on the registration of types and their masks on the Tipo de Documento (ADM0005) screen.
