ADM0024 - Job Position
A job position is a position occupied by a professional within a company and/or organization that has a set of responsibilities and functions. This registration will be used in the ADM0025 - Funcionário and ADM0122 - Associação Função x Cargo x Funcionário screens.
What can you do?
Initial Registration
Register Job Position
Job position registrations can be done through this screen, or come from integration with the ERP. To register a job position, access - SimpleFarm > Administration Menu > Resources > Job Position and then:
- Click on Add;
- Enter a Description;
- Enter an Abbreviation;
- Marker Job Position Belonging to the Agricultural Module: to use this job position in the Agricultural Labor module, it is necessary to check this field;
- Click on Save.
Important:
When activating the Job Position Belonging to the Agricultural Module option, the Agricultural Labor module information is activated in the Employee registration (ADM0025 - Funcionário), when linking a job position to an employee.
