AGR0058 - Estimate Entry
Estimates are related to the forecast of productivity for areas that will be harvested during the crop season. Entries will be made after studying visual aspects of the crop, conducting samplings (analyses), collecting meteorological forecasts, among others.
This feature allows for multiple estimates throughout the harvest period, making it possible to adjust and recalculate production/productivity based on the results obtained in each analysis performed. This way, the predicted values can be corrected to show greater adherence to reality.
The process for creating an Estimate Entry is directed only to plots that have reached the status “Growing Crop”, that is, systematically have a Service Order of the Planting type duly performed and finalized (link OS Planting).
Important
It is necessary to have at least one production estimate entry for the system to release the plot area in a harvest service order. Without the estimate, the user will be unable to perform the harvest and, consequently, the weighing.
What can you do?
- Access the menu Agricultural > Estimates > Estimate Entry (AGR0058);
- Click on Add ;
- After ensuring that the previous processes have been completed, the user will be able to register an estimate entry by filling in the following fields:
- Production Unit : mandatory field, retrieving the records made on the Unidade Produtora (ADM0012) screen and will be a filter to bring information in the next fields;
- Project : mandatory field, retrieving the records made on the Projeto (AGR0013) screen and will be a filter to bring information in the next fields;
- Crop Season : mandatory field, retrieving the records made on the Safra (AGR0014) screen;
- Estimate Group: mandatory field, retrieving the records made on the Grupo de Estimativa (AGR0054) screen. In this field the user will define which group the estimate entry fits into;
- Crop : mandatory field, retrieving the records made on the Cultura (AGR0035) screen. This field will be a filter to select a location;
- Date : mandatory field in DD/MM/YYYY format or by selecting the date from the calendar. An important point is that estimate entries can be registered with retroactive dates (past estimates), but never with future dates;
- Purpose : mandatory field, retrieving the records made on the Finalidade (AGR0047) screen. This field will define the purpose of the harvest, since in a ordem de serviço de colheita the same purpose will have to be used for this location;
- Location : location fields are mandatory. For this information, the fields will bring the records made on the Local (AGR0023) screen. Allows direct selection of a farm, or a sector, or even a plot, without dependence on the previous field selection;
- Crop Stage: mandatory field only when the crop has a perennial or semi-perennial characteristic, retrieving the records made on the Cultura (AGR0035) screen. This field will bring only the crop stages that the location and crop have through the location registration on the Local (AGR0023) screen, not leaving the field open to select a stage that is not available to estimate in that location. For other crops, filling in the field is not necessary;
- Variety : mandatory field, retrieving the records made on the Variedade (AGR0039) screen. This field will bring only the varieties that the location and crop have planted, not leaving the field open to select a variety that is not available to estimate in that location;
- Harvest Prog. : is activated when the crop has an annual characteristic. Filling in the field or grid is optional and must be done manually with the scheduled date for harvest;
- Expected Harvest Date : from the planting end date, the harvest forecast will be automatically calculated by adding the maturation days of the variedade;
- Productivity : mandatory and free field, a number can be entered;
- Area : area field will be filled automatically as the previous fields are being filled;
- Area without estimate ;
- Percentage ;
- Net Area ;
- Click on Save to register the record.
