AGR0128 - S.O. Validations
The S.O. Validations screen is used to parameterize the validations that must be performed when opening a service order, either on the Painel Gráfico de Ordem de Serviço (AGR0090) screen or when logging work on it. On this screen, it is possible to add several validations, which can be configured in different formats: with blocking, with warning or with justification requirement.
What can you do?
Add a new record
- Access the menu Agricultural > Service Order > S.O. Validation (AGR0128);
- To add a new record, it is necessary to fill in the mandatory fields:
- Code ;
- Description ;
- Abbreviation ;
- Active checkbox;
After registering the mandatory fields, it is necessary to parameterize how the validation will be performed.
Configure the Action
- To perform the action configuration, it is necessary to select the checkboxes:
- Warning: when this option is checked, a warning will be given when executing the action;
- With justification: when this option is checked, a justification will be requested when executing the action;
- Blocking: when this option is checked, a blocking will be given when executing the action;
- E-mail: when this option is checked, an email will be sent when executing the action;
- Notification: when this option is checked, a notification will be given when executing the action.
Configure the Origin
- To perform the origin configuration, it is necessary to select the checkboxes:
- Service Order: when this option is checked, the configured actions will be performed at the moment of opening a service order on the Painel Gráfico de Ordem de Serviço (AGR0090) screen;
- Execution: when this option is checked, the configured actions will be performed at the moment of logging work on a service order;
- E-mail to;
- Users;
- Criticality;
- Text for action;
- Show found combination along with the message;
- Quadrants:locations, groups, crops/variety, project , family, service order type , processes, items and attributes;
- Click on Save to register the configuration.
