AGR0266 - ART

Code: it is mandatory to fill in the field with the document code;

Contracted Quantity: it is mandatory to fill in the field with numbers;

Available Quantity: regardless of the parameters, the consumption of ART quantities occurs according to the generation of prescriptions;

• If the parameter ADM0088 > Agricola > Ativar avisos de volume gerado das ART is active, an alert will be displayed when a prescription is issued, regarding the volume used from the ART. This warning will be shown when the volume reaches the marks of 50%, 75% and 90%. If the parameter is inactive, it continues with the current system functionality.

• If the parameter ADM0088 > Agricola > Justificativa para edição da ART is active, when editing an ART and performing its quantity (whether available or contracted), it will be mandatory to insert a justification. This justification must contain at least 15 characters and, among those inserted, only the last one will be recorded, replacing the previous one. If the parameter is inactive, the system will continue to function according to the current behavior.

Active: it is mandatory to check the selection box to activate the registration;

Responsible Agronomist: it is mandatory to link this document with a responsible agronomist registered on the screen Agrônomo Responsável (AGR0265);

Branch: it is mandatory to link this document with a branch registered on the screen Empresa (ADM0010);

Contracted Value: optional field that can be filled in with the contracted value;
