ADM0202 - Item Parameterization by Groups and Families
This screen facilitates the editing of Items, allowing you to define the Default Category and Availability for different areas and modules of the system. This information is essential in hybrid processes, in which the client uses VB modules integrated with SimpleFarm, ensuring the correct routing of items to the VB modules that will consume them.
Important
Depends on the registrations made on the Grupo de Item (ADM0026), Família de Item (ADM0027) and Item (ADM0034) pages.
What can you do?
Initial registration
Check the Rules and Validations
- Access the menu Administrative > Settings > Item parameterization by group and families (ADM0202);
- Click on Add ;
- To perform the registration, you need to fill in:
- Group ;
- Family ;
- By clicking on View Items, a complete list of all parameterized items will be generated exclusively for verification;
- Next field to be filled in:
- Default Category: is responsible for grouping all parameterized items into a specific type:
- Coal
- Fuel
- Filter
- Grease
- Lubricant
- Wood
- Ripener/Inhibitor
- Part
- Tire
- Seed
- Default Category: is responsible for grouping all parameterized items into a specific type:
- Enter the Item Availability: select the Area/Module that the item will be available in the systems (Agricultural inputs Application, Trading, Weighing, Processing, Industry, Automotive).
- Click on Save , so the system will update all items previously listed on the screen, according to the definition of the default category and the availability entered.
- Practical example: if you selected the group Industrial MRO and the family Oils, all 47 associated items will be classified as Lubricants and sent to the Automotive module, that is, the EQP and CPP modules.
