ADM0056 - Release - Container Map

Records are controlled by three types of status, they are:

1. Released: when the record is active within the registered period (from the start date to the end date). Release available for use.
2. Blocked: when the record is active outside the registered period (from the start date to the end date). Release unavailable for use.
3. Closed: when the status is manually changed through the X button, which appears in released records. The purpose is to block a release that will no longer be used (this status is irreversible).

The addition of a release can occur on this screen, or through the ADM0053 - Grupo de Usuário screen.

1. To register a release go to - SimpleFarm > Administration Menu > Access > Container Release> Edit Application System and then:
2. Click on the + Add button;
3. Click on Release Container map for all weight certifications - by activating this field the user group in question will have access to all shipping instructions;
4. Enter a Warehouse - in this field the records from the ADM0007 - Cliente e Fornecedor screen will be displayed, which are linked to some Shipping Instruction registered on the COM0301 - Instrução de Embarque screen. Initially the bales are stored in a warehouse, when selecting a warehouse all shipping instructions that are linked to it will be released to the user group;
5. Enter a Shipping Instruction - in this field all shipping instructions created on the COM0301 - Instrução de Embarque screen will be displayed. When selecting a shipping instruction, the user group release will be specific to that released instruction;
6. Enter a Start Date - date on which the user will start having access to these instructions, which will only be released within this validity period, that is, it is the current period in which the user has access to the container map function;
7. Enter an End Date - final date on which the user will stop having access to these instructions, which will only be released within this validity period, that is, it is the period in which the user will end access to the container map function;
8. Enter a Reason - in this field the records created on the COM0004 - Observações Gerais screen with the Container Map Release Reason field activated will be displayed. The objective is to have a standardization of the reasons that justify a certain release;
9. The Active field - when creating a new parameterization it will always be activated. This Field is locked for editing on this screen, but will be editable through the ADM0053 - Grupo de Usuário screen;
10. Enter an Observation - in this field it will be possible to add observations according to the user’s needs;
11. Click on Save.

The Container Map button will be in blue color for monitoring the loading of cotton bales inside a container, when the logged-in user is within a user group that has access to the weight certification being edited on the COM0304 - Certificação de Peso screen. When the button is released, the Container Map tab will be displayed, and the user will be able to include and exclude the cotton bales allocated in the Containers registered in the Weight Certification. When the user does not have access, the Container Map button will be in gray color.

To activate this feature you need to go to the ADM0088 - Parâmetros screen, and activate the ComValidateContainerMapByUserGroup |Validates access to container map by user group parameter. With the parameter activated, a tab is released on the ADM0053 - Grupo de Usuário screen, where it will be possible to register releases by Container Map, Warehouse and Shipping Instruction, that is: the user group will have access to monitoring bale loading by container.
