ADM0201 - Currency Category
This screen aims to qualify currencies into commercial categories, such as a means of payment, store of value and others.
What can you do?
Initial Registration
Register Currency Category
To register a Currency Category access - SimpleFarm > Administration Menu > Master Data > Currency Category and then:
- Insert a Code;
- Insert a Description;
- Insert an Abbreviation;
- Check the Stock Entry field to differentiate the currency categories that will be part of the stock entry;
- Check the Marketing Expense field to define the currency category to be used in the conversion of expense forecasts that will be registered in the records of the COM0206 - Contrato screen. These expense forecasts originate from the screens: COM0011 - Previsão das Despesas Administrativas, COM0012 - Previsão das Despesas de Transporte and COM0013 - Previsão das Despesas Portuárias;
- Click on Save.
Important:
In the Currency field all registrations made on the ADM0008 - Moeda screen will be displayed and can be selected to be in the currency category.
