Master Data

The Master Data submodule, an integral part of the Administration module of SimpleFarm, is responsible for centralizing and maintaining the basic and essential information that supports the platform’s operation. This data is consumed by different modules and features, ensuring consistency and standardization throughout the system.

Records can be registered manually or inherited through integration with the ERP, ensuring flexibility and efficiency in the configuration process. Among the main registered data are: Country, State, City, Unit of Measure, Manufacturer, among others.

Objectives:

• Register the basic information essential to the system’s operation;
• Standardize data used in different modules and features;
• Integrate master data automatically via ERP or perform manual registration;
• Ensure consistency and integrity of information on the platform;
• Facilitate initial configuration and continuous maintenance of data.
